Brilliant honest service from start to finish, Settled were reliable & experience & really did help us along the whole house selling process. Even when our first buyer pulled out & we had to start again Settled were there to pick up the pieces & let us know how to relist again. They were easy to contact & were only a phone call or live chat away. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We recommend them & would certainly use again.

I'm really pleased with the service Settled have given so far.
My advert was up and running within a few days of making the initial enquiry. It looks fantastic with lots of really good photos. Within 12 hrs I was taking viewings all handled with smooth efficiency by the very friendly staff - who have been very prompt and helpful with the few queries I've had. All I need now is for one of these viewers to make me a good offer for my house and the whole experience will have been relatively painless.

I have sold 2 houses with settled and saved myself a small fortune, the selling fees were the most competitive on the internet. The whole process was easy and the support from the team was brilliant. I was happy to do the viewings I was able to tell buyers what the neighbours were like, good local restaurants etc, knowledge an estate agent may not have.

I sold my house within a couple of weeks of it going on the market at a price I was very happy with. Settled were great at communicating with me and nothing was too much trouble. They helped tweak my house listing to make it appeal to more buyers and kept in touch regularly throughout the whole process.

Within 5 days we had several offers and even when our 1st buyer pulled out, Settled stuck with us until the property was sold.
The dashboard is very easy to use and with it you can manage your viewing requests and accept offers.

Very mediocre service and disappointing lack of contact from Settled overall. Our property was in excellent order and we were happy to do the majority of work a high street estate agent would do, ie arrange and carry out viewings etc. Where I felt it would be helpful to have more interaction from an agency was at sale negotiation time. I had made sure before signing with Settled that this would be included and I was assured that they would liaise between buyer and seller as much as required. When we received an offer, via the portal, I contacted Settled to ask if they could take over negotiations but they were unwilling only offering to help with the wording of an email response to the offer, which we didn't need. Since the sale we didn't receive any contact from Settled, their explanation for this when raised was that the sale appeared to be going through smoothly. This wasn't the case and out of courtesy and good customer service I would have expected them to touch base every few weeks to check.

Sold our house very quickly. Advice by phone at any time was a bonus.

Perfect service. Easy to book, easy to pay. Fast respond. They contacted me at least once a week for an update.
Photos and advertising were very presentable. I had an offer on a third week after posting the advert. Also I liked the idea that I made the viewings myself. I could easily plan my free time, and I could tell more information about my property as any agent would do.
Bonus: I saved the fortune as they probably one of the cheapest on the market.

If i could give a special star here, i would. Working with Emma from Settled exceeded any of my expectations dealing with an online estate agent. The whole process changed my concept about going with an online estate agent than a traditional estate agent. Emma was incredibly helpful and friendly and took time to understand and determine what would be a good fit for me. She actively engaged in price negotiation in such a better way than i can never expect from a traditional estate agent. Going with Settled is a right choice i made in terms of handling things efficiently and also in terms of saving money.

Se was very helpful in explaining the entire process. I truly believe her expertise helped tremendously in the offer getting accepted both for our sale and purchase. I highly recommend Emma and the team at Settled.

Good support given where needed - though the best part for us in selling our house through Settled, was the opportunity to meet and speak with prospective new owners of our home.

Simply don't understand how the traditional estate agent will survive when you have a service as good as Settled.
Easy to do, extremely professional and most importantly the most cost-effective way to sell your house - at a cost of just £500, we saved approx £10,000 selling our house via Settled.
Can't grumble with that!
