Really happy with the service, our house sold quickly and Alix and the other members of staff I spoke to were very helpful. Would definitely recommend settled. Thank you very much.

Online estate agents definitely are the future. The platform they provide is modern, clean and easy to use. I had to sell two properties and through Settled managed to get the offers from my ultimate buyers in about 2-3 weeks. The photography service they provided produced good results and on Rightmove I was getting about 10% click through which proves the point of how good the lead photos were. In both cases the ads resulted in 1000s of views in a short space of time. As marketing goes, that is amazing value for just £500.

Why it's only 4-stars is because the descriptions are done by the photographers, in one case it was good, in the other it was useless. Settled should perhaps vet the content a little more closely. Also, I had one buyer pull out that strung me along for a long time and I didn't feel the person at Settled handled it well for me. I had another buyer on the cards and they didn't seem aware and seemed to fall for a line 'We've got a verbal decision in principle' and didn't push the potential buyer hard enough for me. Obviously, I was doubting if they'd get a mortgage approved, which of course they didn't, so lucky I did arrange the second buyer. Finally, throughout the process with the solicitors after the MOS, you don't get Settled keeping tabs on everything and pushing towards completion unlike traditional estate agents. It makes perfect sense, but do be wary if you use a service like this you understand the full conveyancy process and know when and who to chase up along the way.

Wow what a great company, why would anyone want to use a high street agent when these guys do it all for a fraction of the price, I don’t mind showing people around for what I’m paying. Quality of service is great and staff very friendly. Fast and efficient. Thank you to Alex for all your assistance so far.

Everyone said we were foolish to use an online estate agent. Cheaper yes but no service especially if things go wrong. How wrong they were. From day one there is someone to guide you through everything. It's professional, friendly and genuinely caring. This continued right through to completion and we had some major problems with our chain. I would in fact say that it was Alix and the Settled team that found pathways and kept us sane though some really turbulent times. I can't recommend them highly enough. Value for money? No! it's an absolute bargain.

The settled experience was 1st class from beginning to end. The staff were excellent and they were very helpful and not pushy atall. Also excellent value for money. I would use settled again and have recommended them to my friends.

So, I am a sucker for a good deal. The rate I paid for settled services was reflective of an online/telephone style estate agent. It was a great deal and as the profit I made from selling the house was minimal, so any saved money, went towards othercosts. I was happy with the service, but if you don't want to show people around your home, it might not be ideal for you.

For me it was great, I was still living in my home during the sale.
As I had extended and added to the home it was great to be able to demonstrate these aspects to prospective buyers, and have all the information for them.

Settled vetted all calls and interest, but as different members of their team pick up the jobs, it was difficult to build consistency with conversations with their team members. Some were clearly excellent whilst others needed some help getting on board with my reqirements. Occasionally there were mixed messages and slight delays. If you want a 'hands off' approach, where you give the agent your keys and let them do the leg work, this style of estate agency is not really for you.

It was ok for me, worth the compromise, that I only paid £299 for it. I was able to make decisions about interested parties and I always felt in control of my decisions.

The online messaging system was another matter. There were times when I could not access my inbox, but settled worked to resolve this, each time....eventually. However it was annoying at times not to be able to login and read/respond to messages.

They put up a nice looking sale board, albeit, I had to reinforce the wood used to screw it in. Would have been good to have he chance to guide the third party operatives to do it properly first time, but it's a minor gripe.

Overall, settled is good for those who have the time and energy to response to messages and manage their own sale. Not for those who want 'hands off' sale, if so, please pay 1-1.5% for a traditional estate agent which I would like to remind you would be in the region of £1500 for the home I sold. Settled were a bargain and worth the minor 'nuances' in service as I was saving so much. I would use them again!! They will no doubt improve their service and I was an early customer, so they may have been working out the kinks.

BLOWN AWAY! What a refreshing Estate agency service. Full of fresh ideas and very helpful staff. When I read their advert I thought it was all too good to be true - but not so the service was extraordinary. I started on line and then I decided to give a quick call and spoke to Alix, a very helpful young lady who reassured me what to do. I explained we were in a hurry to go to market and she arranged for a professional photographer to attend our home the following day. Alix sent some simple presentation guidlines which we followed also sent us a thorough market valuation appraisal of the property which was spot on with what other Agents we spoke to had quoted . Jamie the photographer arrived on cue had a chat and a look around the property. He then measured the property to produce the floor plan then proceeded to photograph. Jamie did not rush this process and produced 33 tip top images. We edited the property details our selves which was very simple then we hit publish and we were live. With emails to confirm. The following day we had viewings booked and within a week we had five viewings completed one of which made us a very attractive offer which we accepted. IT IS JUST SO EASY, EXTRAORDINARILY QUICK AND - COMPLETELY STRESS FREE. I can't understand why anyone would want to go anywhere else. All our viewers also confirmed how easy it was to deal with Settled. Finally, the advertised cost is of course very palatable.

A smooth and seamless experience throughout - great value for money compared to bricks and mortar estate agents.

Why pay top dollar when these guys do the exact same job for a 5th of the price I even recommended my mam n dad and they sold there house in 2 weeks
