Professional, knew what to do. Fitted the system perfectly and helped with set up.

Jonathan kept us informed on when he was arriving. He was informative and friendly. Gave us good advice on a wifi mesh system to work with the new installation so the wifi could reach an outbuilding.
The installation was undertaken quickly and everything was left clean and tidy.
Before leaving he talked us through the set up and the app functions.
We couldn't be happier and are very glad that Jonathan installed this, we have his contact details and he was happy for us to contact him if we had any queries in the future.

Jonathan of Seren Technologies messaged me the day before my Starlink installation confirming what time he would arrive the following day. He arrived on time and completed the installation within 45 minutes. The installation was successful and completed very neatly. Jonathan explained the satellite system very eell along with talking me through the Starlink app. We discussed wireless range extenders and I asked him to send me a link to the product he recommended. He did so. Excellent all round. Thank you.

Amazing!! Very friendly and helpful

Thank you so much to Chris and Jonathan for taking so much time and effort to find a solution to enable me to make a WiFi call in the garden and outbuildings. It wasn’t straightforward due to some localised issues but they knew it was really important as I have MS and regularly fall in the garden. They wanted me to feel safe knowing I could contact my husband wherever I am. We really appreciate your patience and good humour.
