the whole hole process was very simple and the installer couldn't be more helpful.

The engineer arrived on time and was polite and respectful. He made suggestions for siting of the dish that would ensure minimum cosmetic effect with wiring and hub site.
The fitting was fast and efficient and other than a well fitted weather cover you could not see any wiring. After fitting he ran us through set up on devices and showed us all app options.
Getting 100mbs 100% of the time.
Couldn’t be happier.

Really straightforward from booking to installation. Good communication ahead of the appointment. Asked where I needed everything and assisted setting up everything on the app as well

First class service arrived on time very helpful with setup product would recommend

The installer was pleasant and professional, explaining my options and giving informed information to help me with those options.
Explained everything throughly and didn’t leave till I fully understood and could use the service. The service could not have been any better and recommend this company 100%

Sat-works were very efficient and quick to make appointment for the installation which they had to keep deferring as Starlink were having delivery problems! The weather was diabolical when they eventually were able to get on with it but the engineer didn't bat an eyelid but just on with doing a really professional job. Everything was left neat and tidy and he spent time to ensure the install and the Mesh system was fully operational with us understanding how it all worked. I would highly recommend Sat-works.

Really easy to book and arrange fittings.
Fitting done very well, incredibly neat.

The installer was very efficient and professional. He took trouble to explain everything to me.

The installation went very well.
Being informed at all times and a full explanation of the work carried out.
Very neat and tidy.
Having had no Internet to full Internet.

We were so impressed with Satworks, who carried out our Starlink installation - the communication throughout, was fantastic. Mark, the engineer who came to install, was absolutely brilliant - so helpful…he went out of his way to sort our installation to get it spot on!
