TrustPoint Consulting FZCO is a Dubai-based corporate services firm helping founders and small businesses set up and stay compliant in the United Arab Emirates. We handle company formation, accounting, tax compliance and corporate bank account applications end to end. We are an official channel partner of four UAE free zones — IFZA (International Free Zone Authority, Dubai), Meydan Free Zone, Sharjah Media City (Shams) and Ajman NuVentures Centre (ANC) — which means we submit applications directly to the free zone rather than routing them through an intermediary. Free zone company formation starts from AED 4,888 depending on the zone, activity and visa requirements. We also handle mainland setup. Our services: • Free zone and mainland company formation, licensing and visas • Accounting and bookkeeping, from AED 999 per month • VAT and corporate tax registration, return preparation and filing • Corporate bank account applications, including document preparation TrustPoint was incorporated in 2025. The company is new, but the team behind it is not — between us we have over ten years of experience in UAE accounting, PRO services and business setup. What we do differently is quote the full cost up front. Licence, visa quota, establishment card, medical and Emirates ID in one number at the start, rather than revealing them a stage at a time. Effortless company setup with fantastic support
I recently used TrustPoint to set up my free zone company in Dubai Silicon Oasis, and the whole experience was far easier than I expected.
Seinn was brilliant throughout the process. Communication was always clear, with regular updates and quick responses whenever I had a question.
What I also appreciated was that the support didn't end once the company was registered. They helped with my bank account opening and accounting setup too, which made getting started much less stressful.
I'd happily recommend TrustPoint to anyone looking to set up a business in the UAE. Thanks again to Seinn and the team for making everything so straightforward.
