Sentinel Car Park Arvostelua 

Excellent service. We were delayed due to an aborted landing and diverted to Birmingham instead. We had to wait for a coach to get us back to Leeds. We eventually arrived at the terminal 6 hrs later than anticipated and were so pleased to see the bus waiting to take us to the car park. Excellent sight for some weary travellers.

Really great service and so simple and easy to check-in on arrival and collect car on return. Regular shuttle bus runs means no waiting around to get to and from the airport, which is only two minutes away. Great value for money and would definitely recommend and use again this service in the future!

Waited nearly 20 minutes for a bus to turn up. When I raised this with the Company they responded that a 15-20 minutes wait was not unreasonable! Well I think it is!

great experience once you get there cant fault the company, would have given it 5 stars had it not been for companys website which is infuriating, dont bother with website just ring them.

Bus was waiting to transport us to the airport and dropped us outside terminal building
On return jumped straight on to a returning bus.
Very quick and friendly service again at reception.
Car was parked near the exit to allow fast onward journey.
Would highly recommend and would use again .

Use Sentinel every time we fly out of Leeds. So easy to use, never wait more than a few minutes for the bus or for dropping/collecting keys. Lots of drop off and pick up space so no squeezing in and out with suitcases. Prices spot on too and staff helpful and friendly. Bus drops off and picks up right outside the terminal, perfect.

Parked my polestar for 10 nights whilst away on holiday, price was good. Staff are always very on the ball and organised from drop of to collection.

Coffee machine is a nice perk along with the ice lolly’s in the freezer 😍.

When we returned my eldest daughter fell at the airport whilst leaving departures and suffered some quite nasty grazes on her knees, arms, and hip. Sentinel staff were so concerned provided ice pack, wipes despite it not being anything to do with them. Shows how they put people first.

Absolutely fantastic service. Just arrived back and can not fault. Travelled straight to parking with their directions and got to it easy. Parked up , dropped keys and straight on a 2 min bus to airport. Got home back to parking on their own bus and car was sat waiting even that we were on a 40min delay. I would definitely recommend these to use . From now on I will be using .

After my last holiday my car was stolen from outside my house. This holiday I was so nervous even leaving at sentinel. How wrong was I. So easy to book ,easy to drop of no waiting around jumped on bus straight to the airport. Coming home was even better ,bus was waiting within 15 minutes of landing I was picking my car up . We booked 1weeks parking ,but when in Portugal my wife tripped and broke her hip which ment we had to stay another week .we contacted Sentinal and they said on problem ,we offered to pay but they said under the circumstances there was nothing to pay .its good that there is still some caring and considerate companies out there .Many Thanks

Our flight was delayed then cancelled after we had parked up. I just wanted to say thank-you to everyone who made our ready bad day a little easier. The guys were really great and very kind. And even processed a refund - Many thanks

This was my first and definitely last time using Sentinel Parking. I chose this private parking service thinking my car would be safe, but it turned out to be a complete disaster.

1. Damaged Mirror – When I returned from my trip, I found my driver’s side mirror bent the wrong way. Whoever touched it clearly had no idea that it’s electric and could have been adjusted with a simple button press. Now, I need a new motor for the mirror, which costs £75.

2. Car Wouldn’t Start – My car wouldn’t start at all when I picked it up. At first, I thought the fuel pump had failed. The staff told me they had moved my car the day before and that it had trouble starting. I had to call a recovery service to tow it away. Later, at the garage, I found out they had jump-started my car but connected the cables incorrectly, frying the entire fuse panel. I don’t even know yet how much the repair will cost.

The staff seem friendly, and the location is relatively close to the airport, but I absolutely do not recommend this place. While waiting, I could see how they were moving cars around carelessly. I deeply regret trusting them with my car.

EDIT: Damage £435 + £190 towing the car. (as it wouldn't start at all). Thank you Leeds Sentinel Parking

I had parking at your location from January 11th to January 25th for my Renault Trafic van with registration number FE09LNV. Upon returning, the first thing I noticed, and my wife noticed as well, was that the vehicle had been moved approximately 50 cm from where I had left it. Then, when I tried to start the vehicle, I found that the starter was no longer working properly. I managed to start the van by calling another vehicle to tow me. Today, I took the van to the mechanic, and after removing the starter motor, we found two electrical connections on it with the solder melted. Someone had tried to start the vehicle and kept the engine starter running too long until the solder melted.

I spoke today with the fleet manager, and I asked him to provide me with the CCTV footage of my van during the period it was at your location. I have not received this footage yet. If you do not provide me with this footage to verify what happened, I will file a claim against Sentinel Car Parking. I had to buy a new starter, pay the mechanic, lose two days of work, and pay for the vehicle that drag me.

Amazing service amazing company from check in to leaving it was the easiest process from start to finish

First time I've used Sentinel and will definitely use them again. Very efficient service, bus ready to take us to, and collect us from, the airport which is just 2 or 3 minutes away. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.
