I bought a lipgloss which wasn’t the one I ordered but I didn’t get a full refund at first but after contacting them I did receive it in full I will buy from these again because even though I didn’t get my lipgloss they was prompt on getting back to me and sorting out the problem

My item arrived in a badly packaged…
My item arrived in a badly packaged damaged box. When opened it was not the item I'd ordered.
Upon contacting sense42 initially they seemed to be efficient and offered to send me a replacement straightaway but this changed to only when I'd returned their wrong item to them and they'd received it. I'm still unsure why? They didn't trust me to send it back even though they'd messed up the order?
The 'free returns' label provided was not accepted by the post office so currently I have to pay the costs and deal with the inconvenience if there is any chance of me getting my refund/correct item back.
With all this correspondence I'm so unhappy with this company's attitude and spiel. Actions speak louder than words. One very unhappy customer.
I've been made to feel as if I'm not to be trusted and dealt with until they have their item back! I will not use this company again.

I can't recommend this website enough!..I'd never heard of them but was googling a fragrance I'd been wanting for some time.They had what I wanted at the best price,delivery was very quick and was kept informed via text.Brilliant!..

Poor communication but trustworthy
Didn't have the product but didn't inform me, so didn't ship it for a week and I had to enquire after it. They said they didn't have any stock because of Covid and asked me to cancel my order on my account. I wasn’t able to log in and so requested they cancel it for me. They did so but didn’t communicate it, I had to email a second time to ask to find this out. I got my refund, but I’d say that they could have been more communicative.
