Worse company ever

Worse company ever. Dropped 2 packages off, never got picked up. Was within the window and still got missed. Some guy calls me to tell me solution but all he does is repeat information I already know. Not only that when I reached out to yesterday they missed crucial information. I work in customer service and do chat and there standard is so low. Will not be continuing

I dont know where to start

I dont know where to start. Sendle partners with Ics courier and the driver they sent to pickup stole another package from inside our home and we had to complaint and waste the whole day trying to get the driver to return the package that he stole and this package was not for ics courier and he still took it from our house.
2nd huge devastating loss We were not lucky with another package due to ICS courier negligence after over 1month delay for just a delivery of 100-150km distance I begged Sendle and ICS courier NOT to deliver this package and return it back to me as the customer demanded refund after this long delay. 

Sendle and ICS courier are 2 partners completely isolated and sterile from each other. Sendle customer service is slow and inefficient having workers overseas and I spent countless hours without proper resolution.I dont know what customer service representative he is that delays the email for at least 9days , without any resolution or even close to a customer service assistance. After this delay ICS courier forcefully delivered the package like ICS owns the package while I was urging Sendle and ICS to reverse this package that is worth over $650. We demanded a manager to contact us and the customer service manager did not ever respond to resolve our issue. We Cant afford a loss like this. The customer kept the package and we lost the money. Sendle gave a small compensation of 100dollars as the package was insured but that is peanuts to cover the big loss for our family..

We will NOT use sendle again after this unprofessional behaviours and disrespect towards customers.

This company is trash

This company is trash. I used to happily refer people to use them, but the last two months have been nothing but a nightmare I’ve sent numerous packages. They have all went past delivery time frames recently prices have went up for shipping. I noticed when I was shipping the exact same item a second time and the price went up by close to four dollars and it will say delivery time of 4 to 7 business days. Well, I currently have three packages that have not scanned since April 27 and 28th. They were supposed to be delivered by 9 May even though that’s long past the 4 to 7 business days that I was told when I paid for it. I’ve launched investigations and I keep getting told to wait 12 days because of new border security issues it’s taking longer. This is completely unacceptable. This business is going to ruin my small business because I choose to give them my products to deliver to my customers and now my customers are not getting what they paid for send all is very quick to take my money for the package shipping but very slow to deal with anything else. They now expect me to wait 12 days for them to investigate where all three of my missing packages are it’s not a coincidence that three packages are all missing that we’re all mailed the same day. I seriously hope someone has a class action lawsuit or somebody bigger than me sues the ass off of this company for losing mail not doing their job lying about delivery times and upping prices. I will absolutely never use this company again. I will never refer them to anybody again, and I am seriously considering contacting a lawyer regarding their lack of giving a shit about their customers.

Avoid using Sendle. If you want your parcel to be collected on your own at the depot

Eliz and Jennylyn were a bunch of chat agents who left an angry customer like me to be on hold on chats for hours due to my failed twice delivery attempt.

After many times of countless chats, these useless employees not only held up my chat for 3 hours with no solutions on failed delivery, but made no attempt to connect to the manager when I requested one.

At the end, I was being told to go to the nearest depot centre and collect my parcel on my own. So much for getting my parcel delivered. In the end, I have to waste my time, drive to the depot and collect it myself.

Due to their inability to understand a detailed instructions on how to access the building location. The gave excuse such as "building which is challenging to deliver as we need more delivery instructions such as accessibility".

And no changing in delivery address due to their policy of no redirecting to another different address.

They are one of the worst delivery companies that I have dealt with so far. Limited depot centre in Australia, lacked of staff understanding basic command of English on directions (to the building accessibility).

Please avoid using this service. Their service were outright appalling.

Lazy delivery

Lame-ass delivery person left the package by the street at front gate instead of unlatching the walk-in gate and walking up 30m to the house to ensure a secure delivery. besides the visible latch, instructions are clearly indicated on the gate, as well as the home number to open electric gate.

Pickup issues & customer service agent unprofessional.

Still i am using sendle since long time,Last month i had pick up issue, no one came for pickup till 1 week,and had chat with customer service they said attempted once but truly no one came to my shop,might be driver update attempted because of Parking issue,Again i am having same problem no one came for pickup order created on Sunday. Therefore i had chat with customer service they said pickup not guarantee and last 3 months you have only 8 parcel booking 5 was pickup on time no issue but 3 were delayed like that so i wanted to know pick up can be affected due to low qty of order ?But i have more not 8 in 3 months but label created directly thats 8 but i am using shopify and ebay and creating label directly from them.Seriously sendle customer care was worthless please be professional.

4 Months To Deliver From QLD to NSW

If I could give negative stars I would!!
Would have to be the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with in Australia
Like the other reviews they give the same answer every time
They have lost several parcels within 2 months
The latest one was sent by me on 11th December 2024
I have been trying to get compensation since they declared it lost about two weeks later
There same answer to me was they were waiting for my buyer to confirm she hadn’t received it and until she does they can’t do anything for me
After months of back and forward with their support team out of the blue I get a notification on 24th April saying that the parcel had just been delivered!!
WTAF??!!!???
Looking at the tracking I see it was only picked up from here a couple of days before the 22nd April 2024 and delivered from Qld to NSW in 2 days
No explanation of anything just wanting me to rate how good their service was
I contacted them and their response was
Sorry we don’t compensate for late deliveries!!
4 months to deliver from Brisbane Qld to Merrylands NSW
I will never ever use this pathetic excuse for a company ever again
eBay are aware of there incompetence and told me they have had a lot of complaints and lost parcels but they still continue to promote them
I would advise anyone thinking of using them don’t just DON’T!!

lost my package and no compensation was given

Sendle ‘could not find’ my package at the drop-off location and never informed me of that until I inquired about waiting almost 4 months for a delivery that normally takes 1-3 business days. By the time I was informed that my package was lost, I did not have the receipts of the lost items so no coverage/compensation was provided. The only given alternative was to have a notarized statutory declaration which costs over 40$ where I am and these fees would not be covered by Sendle for some reason.

This was noted after following their instructions of personally going to the drop off location and looking for the box with the owner without finding it. Furthermore, this was only communicated to me 3 weeks after starting the ‘investigation’ and minutes upon sending a message to follow-up. I am not sure why they would hide information from customers until being asked about it.

Overall it’s an overpriced and time-consuming way to toss belongings. Giving away your package to someone would have been cheaper, faster, and much less frustrating.

Received a notice package was delivered…

Received a notice package was delivered but it was not. A week later they told the sender they attempted delivery again (after it was delivered according to them) It was a small package that would have fit in my empty and clearly marked mailbox. They said it was undeliverable and sent it somewhere far for me to pick up and left no notice. I only know this because the sender could see the tracking but not me. There is no customer service number to call them. In the end, I did not get my parcel, I did not get a notice where to pick up the item, or a refund so I lost my money and wasted my time for two weeks trying to figure out where it was. Also, this is not a Canadian company. They are based in Australia and the US so I was not able to resolve the issue. Worst delivery experience I have ever have and I never write reviews. Wanted to warn folks. I would rate it zero if I could.

Absolutely awful experience purchasing…

Absolutely awful experience purchasing from vendor using Sendle! I won't buy from this source again. Egregious and unnecessary delays again and again, from pickup to processing and transport. 10 days after ordering, package is still several states away from destination. UGGGGHHHHHHH. Orders from Canada and even overseas arrive faster and more efficiently!
