Since from 2 days they are just send us from one branch to another and just westing our time that inspection is not available manger is not available just westing our time from 2 days and not Seling our cars

Truly dreadful experience - do not trust this company with your car sale. No wonder there are so many bad reviews.
They failed to reach any of the advertised targets in terms of waiting times and payment schedules and more worryingly, a contract to them means absolutely nothing.
The car I was selling is a 2010 Mustang. After the initial inspection, the inspection report stated there was a difference in paint thickness on certain areas of the car. The report also noted loose transmission mounting. After the initial insult for an auction price, and 2 further re-auctions as I waited, I settled on a price of 17,900 AED (6,000 AED short of the initial market value they offered when booking the appointment).
I signed a contract with SAC.com, and the buyer, and was informed I would have my money transferred into my account 48 hrs after title transfer.
The sale was made on a Friday, and when I had not received the money by the following Wednesday, I became concerned. When I chased an update through customer service, I was promised a call back - nothing. Chased again only to be told that the buyer had pulled out because a further inspection report stated there was re-painted areas identified on the vehicle! This was indicated on the initial inspection report at auction and therefore not a revelation - and certainly not grounds to be in breach of contract. Noone from SellAnyCar.com had bothered to inform me of this before I chased them.
Then when I was contesting this appalling service, I was given another story that the transmission was stuck. Note, this was certainly not the case when I handed them the car for inspection, which involved them driving it. The transmission being 'stuck' turned out to be inaccurate in any case.
They had now had my car for 6 days - I have no idea what might have been happening to it, or where it was being stored during this time. I either had to take the car back or accept a re-auction (despite having a contract and despite the alleged faults and concerns having been represented in the intial inspection report).
Re-aution took the price down to 12,000 AED (and I had to press for this - initially informed they would give me only 9,000 AED!!) I also believe it went to the initial buyer at this ridiculously low price - he must be very happy.

I will NEVER use SellAnyCar.com again - dreadful company with no business ethics or integrity. They also need to be reminded what a so-called auction is and that a contract should be binding. Strongly recommend you sell your car via other means , you will get nothing but stress, disappointment and uncertainty with this company.

Terrible service. Booked an appointment 3 days prior, 45 mins late, no phone call and then asked me to wait at home for them. Wish I had read the reviews before considering the company.

I’ve read some of the negative reviews , however my experience was different. I came to the Al qouz branch an was welcomed. The agent advise me that currently there is 4 car inspection ahead of me and would recommend I visit impz mall branch. I took his suggestions, at the mall was again greeted well and politely. The agent explained everything to me and did the check . Once that was done we negotiated the price and managed to get a great deal. Within 30 minutes I had the contract prepared . As I had a loan I had to get few document ready. I took 2 weeks to finalize but the delay was from bank side . The PRO Amir was patient and guided throughout the process , also Hasis arranged for car transfers and payment very fast . So overall would definitely recommend working with Sellanycar.

I was reluctant to sell my car to "sellanycar.com" bcoz I read lots of negative feedback. However, my personal experience was beyond expectation in all the aspects.
I got the value of my car more than what I expected. Shekar (sales man, DCC Branch) was very knowledgeable and courteous. It merely took 30mins to get the best price for me.
Ahmed from customer service operation department (most probably an Indian or Pakistani) was very humble and was listening to all my queries, though he got a hard time from me bcoz I was pushing them to expedite the process.
Hany (PRO, I guess he is Egyptian) was helpful and kind.
With in 48hours the money was credited in my account.
Overall, my customer journey was super satisfactory and I highly recommend "sell any car.com"

If there’s a minus 50 rating , this is how I would rate this company ! Making jokes not offers and disrespecting people who want to sell their cars ! I wish management can see these reviews if they really care about customers! You need to rethink your strategy and ways of dealing with customers.

Really disappointed by Sell Any Car. Car market value is 60000AED in UAE and the price they are offering is 34000AED. just does not make any sense at all. Plus Worst customer service, bad attitude. person we dealt with was really rude and questions which we asked him he gave no reply and was silent. Drove my car in a rough way, he had to switch on lights in my car he literally hit the light switch instead of gently pressing it. Zero stars i would give. Bad, Very bad.

It is laughable to hear their ad of “we sell any car in 30 mins and you get cash instantly”. How unbelievably misleading and deceiving this AD is! I sold my car to them. They didn’t honour the first agreement, asked to reduce price. Having agreed on the reduced price, the ownership/title was transferred. Then I was told the price should be reduced again! This is a liar’s game of enticing you in and then bargaining on lower price. The promises in the AD and from the customer service are all just nonsenses.

Avoid this scam company at all cost. Don’t waste your time.

Simply liars. They lie on the price and the process. DO NOT trust the website, price will be 50-60%. They will also tell you transfer will take 1-2 days. I am 1 week into process and car is still registered to me and no funds.

I sold my mazda 06 (04 year old) for an agreed price. It was a showroom purchased car and i was the first owner, on top of it, it was complete agency maintained even for a small thing. The inspection guy gave me a low price in the start but later the offer was increased and i agreed to it. He even said that there isnt any issue at all in ur car since it still looks like brand new. So we signed the paper and all went ok. I wait for the payment for almost 10 days and 10th day they said the car has problem its giving smoke.. smoke my foot !! 1st owner agency maintained car having smoke !!!
Then they offered me 3k less than the offered price.. thia company is a scam and play around with u like mickey mouse 🐭

Had appointment for inspection at 7pm, drove 40 mins to get there and made an effort to be on time. No agent in sight, customer care centre was great but said he would only arrive at 7:20. Poor organisation and communication. Do not respect your time. Put me off and I cancelled and left. Must say though that the customer care team is lovely!!! So the stars are for them alone.

I started the process of selling my car to Sellanycar.com in Dubai on a Sunday. Made an appointment online and received a confirmation call back within 10 mins. On arrival, the staff greeted me professionally, explained the process and then I waited until they surveyed my car. They told me I would start getting offers in 45-60 mins. Within 3 hours of my initial call to them, I had agreed a price and sold the car to them. For the payment and RTA transfer process, once again, the staff explained the process, that we would first transfer the car and then I would receive payment within 24/48 hours. I agreed the car sale on Sunday. We did the RTA transfer on Monday evening (took just 10 mins as they had already prepared the paperwork in advance). I received payment into my account on Wed morning well within the 48 hour timeline advised to me. I've bought and sold a few cars over the years, this was by far the easiest process, and I received a price which I thought was fair for my car. Well done to the SellAnyCar.com team in Dubai and keep it up !

Avoid this company at any cost. They should change their name from "Sell your Car in 30 min" into "Sell your Car in 30 days". I have sold my car to them and 4 days later still haven't got my cheque. About to file a complaint with police.

So disappointed with the offer they made; my car is like new, with very low miles, and original bumper to bumper without a scratch; the money they offered is a complete waste of time; I later sold my car to one of the car agencies, and the price was significantly higher than what they offered; other agency paid around 60% more than what they offered.

They are not someone I would suggest to anyone.

If you can't afford it at the correct price, don't waste your customers' time and effort.

The online price estimation is just a scam you guys are doing, the price you are showing online and offering in real is half of that, this is very disappointing and wastes the time of the customer. You don't have the right to waste hours of customer time just for your bogus process.

I tried to sell my car with them ,and after they took the car , I got a better offer from carzaty.com.
When they returned my car it had steering wheel damage.
It costed me 4000 Aed to repair.
They are the worst.

Please don't use the word easy and hassle free.. Please don't mislead people with your lies and totally worthless ads. The problem is with the media who allows such a worst companies to allow such ads without background check and customer satisfaction.

I sold my car Honda civic to sell any car. Com from city center sharjah branch for 51300dhs through their auction. my emirates id is expired, I lost my job and I have bank loan of 50,000dhs this all things I told them. So we made an agreement and I signed. The people who where sitting in branch was good but when they hand over this to operations they started their nasty game. The person in brach told me I just have to submit liability letter from the bank and pay what ever rta fines I have. As my emirates id was expired it was difficult for me to get liabity certificate but I got it. I submitted it to the operations Mr ahmed. That time he said I need to submit cheque of 55k as guartee and he insisted me to pay 300 for lawyer for power of attorney after he confirms.. After 2 days he called and said his pro went to bank and bank denied to pay on behalf of me so I have to arrange a email confirmation from bank stating that mortage will be released once payment is done. I asked Bank and got email confirmation. I sent the screen shot to him. After 2 days he called and said this email is not enough email should have blah blah blah.... And buyer cannot wait so he need to cancel the deal and once email(I don't know what more email he needs) the from the bank is ready he will auction and get new price and we do it.... You guys tell me what should me my reply.... U guys can guess what it will be...I told him thank you for your service.. Give my car back and I will trade my car with some good companies who are bot cheaters...

Only I need i that don't put that ads in any media and cheat others...
