Very Bad service, staff name Asif was rude...

Extremely dissatisfied as I paid the money and failed to get the report for my car inspection even after 24 hours - the car inspection was done yesterday morning and yet to receive the report - I do not recommend asking for their report as it’s a waste of time and money

Sold my car via sellanycar.com. their representative came to my villa, and explained the process clearly.

Yes, the price is lower thab you can get selling privately but as long as you realise they are a business and have margins to make and costs to pay, all in all I found the offer, after discussions reasonable.

The contract articulates clearly the costs involved and the process of them collecting the vehicle and processing the documentation with the RTA was swift and easy.

I am recalling the wonderful reviews I did on 13 April 2024 at Dalma Mall branch.

Before I left the branch, Mr. A assured me they will take care of all the fees including documentations. However, when I received the money in my account, AED900+ was deducted to the actual agreed price which was never explained to me. I tried to call him back only to realize that he wrote down a wrong number. I called the customer service 3 or 4 times and was told that he was not answering and left a note to return my call. I couldn't do anything because they already transferred the car registration even before the money was transferred to my account. I sold the car 13th April, changed registration 15th and received the money in my account 16th April. This made me vary sad :(

They say: "sell your car in 30 minutes", but it's not like that and it was the most disappointing thing about this service. You need not to just fill in the required information, but also different checks may take a lot of time and that was very inconvenient for me!
I am thankful to them that I eventually got rid of my old car, but at the same time it wasn't very pleasant process for me, sorry guys.
You should do something with the speed of the whole process and then you will get greater marks.

Really poor and dishonest service. When I took the deal I accepted the offer of two weeks car rental. Now the company are denying that I accepted the offer. Really poor and dishonest service.

Definitely a joke, the price they offer you for your car is beyong ridiculous. What I hated is that when the guy called me, and offered me the price, it was very clear it was expected to be a bargaining game...he offered a very very low price, 20K less than what the car is worth and I could see he wants to see whether I will put up a big fight and he would change his offering accordingly. Not a professional way to deal with people, yes of course you can bargain but the whole way it was done is beyond unprofessional. Never again

A total scam, the amount they offered was super low, I just accepted because i was about to leave the country. they final price that one of the staff told me that i will receive was not equal to what i received. they took the car and hold it for 24 hours to test the car, and after that again 24 to transfer the ownership in tasjeel. and as we know they will provide you the test right away and there was nothing wrong. after couple of days one person called from their legal team, and said the chassis has been repaired and you have to take back the car or we will act legally. just avoid them, if you wanna sell your car anyway, just reduce the price and you will sell the car right away.

Continue calling me. I told him I didn't want to sell but every alternative day call me to sell my car. I thought he would forcefully buy my car.

No mention of final fees to be deducted from selling your car. Verbal agreements not kept. I was verbally promised a payout of AED 5000, only received AED 3819.25 . Fees only visible when car is collected and you sign the contract on handing over your vehicle.
All expected fees (not necessary the exact amounts) must be mentioned when sellanycar.com does the evaluation.

They offer less than scrap companies for a fully working car… and it took over an hour not 30min as advertised.

Customer service is poor, umm suqeim branch sales department manager useless, whenever I see sitting separate in the room only either even sometimes his cabinet light is remain off, not checking, not interested what is happening in the branch around with customers or which customer needs what type of inquiry talking with supervisor from sales department only listen what the supervisor says, it seems he satisfy only trusting to his supervisor which is big minus point, it seems he doesn’t have his own opinion about the situation around, I guess both of them support only each other there. Both of them don’t know how to deal with clients no professionalism at all actually, this is all about customer service Level estimation and this is my own observation while I was visiting as a customer. From company I will request to train your Managers and Supervisors who is dealing with clients means Managers and Supervisors from Sales Department as long as they’re the one faces or representers of your brand and company. Other junior sales members are doing their jobs double, and there is staff named Suhaib is very supportive in terms of customer service, my appreciation goes to him for that for sure. “Big thanks” to Madhat excellent customer service and very professional member, for such helpful and professional persons existence in this earth the world is not destroyed (your company )opposite is holded tight and spread noor-shine to the world. Thank you for being such helpful, supportive and kind Allah bless you always guys🤲 Instead of estimate 0 out of 5 I put 3 out of 5 only for these good names.

When I read the bad reviews I hesitated to go see them, but I said to myself I'll try anyway, and frankly I wasn't disappointed. ok it is true that the final price is different from the evaluation price on their website, but it is logical, they are not going to buy with the market price, this service is good for those who want to sell quickly and without problem.
For my case the website's price was 26000, but after their inspection they offered me 15000, after negotiation they increased up to 18000, and I accepted, it was done in less than 30 minutes.
The next day I had an appointment with them at RTA in Dubai al barsha, and o just had to show my ID and sign a paper, in only 5 minutes all were well done. 24 hours later i received the money in my bank account.
I thank Navaz and his colleague from Sharjah City Center, they were friendly and professional.

I went there to sell may car and it takes more than 2hours to get the final price, now again i have to go to RTA office when they call for cancellation, also once finish RTA cancellation process another 48 hr will take to get the cash.

I made an online appointment for a visit the night before. First and foremost they called me on the phone in the middle of the night to confirm the visit. They called again to confirm the morning of the appointment. They sent 3 different sms's to confirm the time and place. Then they called 1 hour before the appointment to confirm the confirmation. When i eventually went to their kiosk for my appointment to sell my car, I was made to wait in line the same as a walk-in customer, so I really didn't understand the harassment of all the calls to confirm this appointment as it was not taken seriously when I was there.

They advertise that you are able to sell ANY car and that it takes 30 mins or less. I waited an hour before I was even attended to, and when I asked if I could come back later, they said I would have to wait all over again if I did so.

I drive an old 2008 convertible with high mileage, but fully working and reliable, so I figured I might as well get an estimate. After the hour of waiting, they test drove the car and took some pictures to load into their online platform. Once they done that, they made me wait for an additional hour before they offered a price..... This total of 2 hours wait (not "30mins or less") netted the fabulous price offer of AED1000! It was truly a joke! And that's not even the punchline! If you accept their offer, There's a AED950 service charge!! I honestly started looking around thinking I was on A Hidden camera show! I would basically get 50 dirhams!! They wanted a fully functional, 2 door convertible, which had just passed inspection and registration renewed less than a month ago for Aed50! That offer was worth less than the petrol that was in the tank. Worth less than the wiper blades. Worth much less than my personal time that they had wasted.

Avoid at all costs! You're better off spending 50dhs at a cafe and keeping your dignity.

I have been living in the UAE for over 6 years now and never in my time here have encountered a company with such blunt disregard for their customers as sellanycar.com. I tried selling my car on Monday, May 8, 2023, with them, and the process was initially smooth. Their agent came to my location, took pictures of the car, uploaded the info and pictures onto their buyers' platform, and negotiated with me regarding the price. I originally wanted 25k for my Toyota Yaris and was offered 22k. It wasn't the best offer, but I figured that the time saved would be worth the reduction in profit. The agent told me that the bank transfer would be initiated on Tuesday, May 10, the following day, after an inspection of the car.

My car had small structural damages that came up in the RTA report on Tuesday, May 10. These damages were so small that they didn’t come up when I did my own ADNOC inspection in Abu Dhabi. I never tried to hide such damages, and I just assumed that they were visible in the pictures taken by the agent. Just because of these small damages, the agent called me and tried to coerce me into accepting an 18k offer and verbally reassured me that there was no way I was going to get more. I said no. After almost 48 hours of senseless back and forth with the operations and customer service teams regarding a status update on my car, they bumped up the offer to 20,500. I still said no.

On Thursday, May 11, I decided I wanted to get my car back. I told them around midday that I wanted my car back after the operations head told me he could offer 20,500 on the car. I was promised to receive the car the same day in the evening/night. At 4:00 pm the same day, I received another call from the operations head saying they could offer 21,000 for my car. Instead of working towards returning my car, the sellanycar team decided to try to keep on selling my car. I find this very slimy, disgusting, and dishonest. They straight up just lied to me all along, and it is difficult not to reduce this whole experience to a series of methods from their end to try to get the lowest possible price for my car. Again, my car is totally fine, a reliable Toyota Yaris that is worth in the mid to high 20,000s. I find it difficult to believe that these “damages” are worth over 500 dirhams, let alone the initial price reduction of 4000 AED.

I am an honest, hardworking person, and I find it very sad when people take advantage of others. sellanycar.com is a company that took advantage of me, and from what I see in reviews from other customers, this is not the first time it has occurred. Please never use this company if you value your time, sanity, and money. At the time of writing this, I am still waiting for my car.

I recently had a disappointing experience with this car inspection service. Despite having an appointment, I arrived at the counter and found no one there. I waited for 20 minutes before leaving, only to return later in the evening. At that time, I was told that the inspection would take more than an hour, even though I was promised a quick inspection of my car within 30 minutes.

When I reached out to customer service for help, I was met with rudeness and unprofessionalism. Instead of acknowledging the problems I faced during my appointment, the representative dismissed my concerns and failed to offer a solution.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and professionalism displayed by this company. I would not recommend their car inspection service to anyone, as it seems they cannot deliver on their promises and do not value their customers.

I should have checked the overall reviews and I can clearly feel those people who has sent their negative reviews.
