Clean up your book collection
This is a great way to clean up your book collection. The free shipping is easy to do. I do question how they determine condition of books as they sell books in various conditions but only seem to purchase based on very good condition.

Ok but…
App and arranging to send items is fairly easy. Payment is prompt.
Have used company several times to sell books and DVDs. Most recently on several occasions items have been marked as not being in the sent and therefore no payment received. Each time it is a couple of items and doesn’t add up to a lot of money each time but doesn’t give a lot of confidence in the company. I take photos of what is in the box so that it if it’s a high value item I can try and contact customer services.

'Not received' - every time!
YET AGAIN, WoB has said that some items were not received even though I put in the box, a clearly set out and double checked list . It's £5 this time so I'm not happy. They also rejected and Audiobook (CD) because "pages not clean". That's clever!
It's all so dishonest.

I send books and sometimes they say that I didn't send the book. Or sometimes they say the book was rejected without giving an explanation. They won't send you the books that are rejected even though they didn't pay me for it. Other platforms will give me an option of paying for the return postage or let them destroy it. But not this company. I hardly do anymore business with them.
