World of Books - Sell Your Books Arvostelua

I’ve used World of Books a few times now and I find the process so easy.
Such a great way of getting rid of unwanted items and earning some cash doing so.

The process of selling books to World of Books was a simple and straightforward experience. It is good to know that we are helping the environment and giving our pre-loved books a new life. And with postage paid for by WoB, what is there to lose?
We'd use them again when we have had a good sort-out! Thank you.

Super easy and straightforward. I not only get rid of old books that were taking up space, but I GOT PAID to send them in!!!!

User-friendly process with efficiency.

Seemless process.

I didn't purchase anything
Mm

It was easy to post the boxes, and the money came promptly, but I ran out of books.

The app is spectacular and efficient. The steps to sell books are easy to follow and the prepared shipping make the transaction smooth.

Always good 👍

It's an easy process - just type in the ISBN number, get a price, box things up and post. What could be simpler! And it releases some extra cash - what's not to like.

I put 2 stars for ease of use of the app and scanning the books you wish to sell . Packing and sending is very easy and straightforward. Though the amount that you get offered for your books is very misleading . I , for a fact know that the majority of books I sent were of pristine condition and although I was offered around £90 worth, I got about half that . No explanation or specifics just a disgustingly low amount of money given to you for parting with perfectly good condition books . Felt completely scammed !

First time using this, was so easy to do, received clear instructions, money was paid straight into my account.
Thank you. I will definately be using this again.

Easy to use. Scan the book's bar code with the app to get a price (my prices ranged from 8p to £3) and put the books in an inpost locker (within 28 days) (Minium 10 books or £5 value). My first payment took 2 weeks from dropping the books, others a little quicker. You do need a reasonably sturdy box to pack the books but you don't need a printer. They don't accept all books but you can keep rejected books on the digital shelf in the app and some of my books were accepted later

Brilliant company. Clear instructions and easy to send the books.

Easy to post off and communications were good, app was fairly easy to use. Payment was prompt. Of course, my gripe is the small amount paid per book and also that the proffered amount and the desirability of individual titles changed from day to day. I understand why but it was frustrating nonetheless. Of 28 books, 26 were accepted, garnering £11.50. Quite a lot of preparation for the end result. My choice of course, just my observations on the process.

Ease of uploading

Good website for selling books, easy to use, and you get email updates once you have sent parcel.

This is a great way to clean up your book collection. The free shipping is easy to do. I do question how they determine condition of books as they sell books in various conditions but only seem to purchase based on very good condition.
