Loved my cables. ( I ordered 3) They were just as described and work great! It’s fantastic not having to worry about it cracking/ breaking at the base anymore!

The product description was totally false.
Unless you read the small print there are no returns.
They also dont tell you that you are automatically signed up for the 29.99 per month membership as soon as you order a product.
They also save your credit card with out permission.

I literally feel as if I was totally scammed with this company. I paid extra for the "upgrade" to metal, did not happen and I am charged a monthly membership fee of 29.99? Are you kidding me? This is a JOKE and SCAM if you ask me! NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

Product is fantastic. Had no issues.

The fans worked well but I didn't get the upgraded version which I paid for but other than that it's perfect 👌🏾

The screw holder does as advertise. Unfortunately the delivery is extremly long.

Received my order in a timely manner. I do wish the tracking was better. I went to check it and it wanted to direct me to another page. But mother than that, my experience was great!

I placed an order on July 7, 2026. My funds was taken from my account, but I never received an confirmation email or tracking number.

This is a terrible company…do not purchase from them. I bought a super low quality item (my own fault.) I didn’t try to return it because it was my own fault. However, they entered me into their VIP program without my knowledge or consent. I was charged 29.99. I went all over that site to cancel and to even find where I could have possibly “signed up.” I found nothing. I emailed their support and was told that the VIP program is all over their website and mentioned multiple times at check out. Which is untrue or else I would have never ordered. They refused to give my money back. I’m contacting my bank. This company is a scam.

Took a little bit to get here, but works as advertised! I love this!

I love these magnetic holders, I can put a screw on the bit and hold it upside down and not worry about it falling off.
The only thing that I did not care for was the fact that they shipped out of China. It would be nice if they were stocked in the U.S. for quicker delivery.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I purchased an iPhone Charging Cable on May 27, 2026 and it was delivered on June 10, 2026. The cable failed on July 5, 2026. I contacted the company and was informed that they have a 15-day refund policy. If you do the math, from the time I ordered it, to the time it was delivered was 15-days. So their policy is no existent. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Bought a crappy product based on an ad on Facebook (1st mistake, never again). Product did not live up to what is was supposed to do. Unable to reach someone in a timely manner, then got the $29.99 membership fee and it was not well described when purchase was made. Cancelled the membership and disputed the charge. It only took 4 days for them to return my call/email and it was an automated voicemail/email. No live voice to talk to.

Select Basics is a scam! I ordered a handheld “a/c” supposedly blows out cold air. They sent me a regular fan, then when I asked for a refund, they gave me a $9 refund, when I complained that I needed my FULL refund, they charged $29.99 to my card. I had to dispute all charges with my bank and cancel my card. Then when I tried to email them about this, my email no longer would go through.

I had accidentally written wrong address. They contacted me so I could send correct address. It came three days later! Thank you

Received my order in a very timely manner. I have not used them yet but I will soon! Thank you for the delivery!!
