The only down side was how long it took to receive the order. The product is fantastic. Definitely a worthwhile purchase.

Love the charging cable

The biggest problem with this company is that 29.99 membership charge. The site DOES NOT CLEARLY state that this is a monthly fee. That is clearly misrepresentation and you are charged even if you never ordered anything. This is my experience with the company. I will be sharing it at every opportunity. I rate them 1 out of 10.👿

I love that I can charge my phone or Ipad while continuing to use it. Sometimes I get so busy then all of a sudden it says low. I just plug it in. The ONLY reason I would give have given it a four star is somewhere it stated that this a monthly charge to belong to SB. However I contacted them right away, and the monthly fee is cancelled. They were so
kind & polite. I also got that super fast charge!!

Keep getting monthy charges never received anything! Never ordered. Just looked and decided not to. Not charged for nothing!

My cable works great. The shipping time was the only complaint I had.

Would leave zero stars if possible. There is ZERO return policy, fees snuck on at checkout that you dont select, emailed IMMEDIATELY WITHIN 2 MINUTES TO CANCEL ORDER THEY SAID NO. Still havent even received the foreign junk. This was for a phone charging cable. A 10 cable turned into 20 instantly!! I cant express enough how bad you want to AVOID THIS COMPANY.

The cords seem to work well. The phone can be used in my viewing stand with the plug being sideways.

The fans are absolutely what I was expecting. They work fine. They are absolutely what I need when I go out because of the heat. I am heat intolerant and I am very thankful that these are fine in a great find. Thank you.

Ordered 1 product which did not perform as advertised. I did get a refund and they were nice about it. However, I got charged $29.99 for a membership which was in the fine print. I could not get that refunded. Be careful if you order to get out of the membership before 28 days.

First Of All I've Been Trying To Contact This Company Im Have A Hard Time Trying To Get My Money Back, They Delivered My Package Didn't Ring The Bell Nor Knocked On The Door Im Sitting In My Front Room At The Time.My Camera Caught Someone With Amazon Union Form Stealing My Package Amazon Said We Sorry For That You Have To Call The Company You Brought It From To Get A Refund, But Select Basic Is Giving Me A Hard Time I Went And Filed A Police Report This Situation Is Crazy Im Not Ordering From Them No More If They Want Refund My Money And They Aakso To Money Out My Account.
