signed in thinking I had to chose a plain off the too they charged my Card $49.95 for 3 month plain... Gave me a take # said I had to register the # throw the jail.... That was bull.... I asked about 8 times for a refund there response was give are company a chance before you cancel.... Finally I flip out on them they charged me $14.99 to cancel service I didn't even use or signed up for..... This company should be closed down there getting rich off scamming hard earned people money trying to talk to love ones locked up..... Fxxk securtel and there staff........

Watch out for this site they have people working for them that are ripping you off. Next thing I know half an hour after I tried to get in and couldn't I'm being ripped off of almost $150. Thank goodness my bank was able to catch it. And I had all the information for them because it said it was going to a telephone company. Beware

I'm very disappointed with this company I've left emails I have called too many times only to get they have a very high call volume and to leave a message and someone will get back with me. It's been three weeks now and I still haven't heard anyone. I only give them a star bec that's the only way I could write a review

Do not use this service! They advertise that they service your facility, and the facility says they do not! This company is bad and should be put out of business. They are ripping families off who are only trying to stay in touch with loved ones in jail and being hurt for that.

Bad company do not even go on their website!! I was trying to go to a different website and it take syou to this one ..once you click to read info it takes your payment!! I contacted them and they were no help..

I wouldn’t be surprised if a class action lawsuit comes about. I’m certainly looking into one. Deceptive information, multiple areas of complete lies as information, and no customer service: not to mention this company has paid a web service to redirect a legitimate company’s search to their impersonating website and leading people (who are trying to reach a friend or family member that is incarcerated) to pay for nothing because their is no service they actually provide.

I hope enough people actually come together to shut this fraudulent website down. Maybe with any luck all of the downright criminals of the operation will be sent to the place that they pretend to have a call service for.

I wonder if the address is even valid. It’d be easy enough to show up there. Wonder if they’d have anything to say for themselves if confronted by a national news station/ FBI / or the better business bureau knocking on their door.

SAME HERE! They took $46 I never authorized. Their phone # is bogus & they don't answer emails. Had to change debit card immediately to prevent future charges.

First of all to the lady that left a comment badgering people that gave this company bad reviews needs to check herself first of all the company has no way for you to contact them directly if you have an issue why should I have to give them my information just to see what their rates are I should be able to see what I'm getting myself into before putting in my information no legit company goes about doing business this way it's all about attracting loyal customers but people come up with different scams to come up quick so Naomi you need to be quiet because charging people a different price than what was originally told is nothing but a scam

Worst experience in my life basically this is a scam.they get ur money and dont tell u that u still have to.pay for.the phone call and ur only allowed to call one person..then when u want a refund they only give half ur money back. This a scam and they do.it to people.who are very vulnerable

Don't do it! You think you are signing up but u will be automatically charged $45 before signing up without agreeing or any knowledge. Cannot find out how to get in touch with them.

This company is a scam!!!!! Do not do business with them! They steal your money and make you jump through hoops for a refund. I still have not received mine. They are corresponding with me through email being rude and will not give me a phone number to call. STAY AWAY!!!

these guys are a rip off and certainly don't give you the lowest cost or best pricing also know your information trail lead down a dark path and look for future problems as to whom they give and share information, very bad company watch out your credit depends on it

Stay away it's a scam to sign up they ask for credit info thinking you will go to a checkout page to see what you're paying for they automatically charge a hidden price in there hidden agreement, So once you notice they took a big chunk of money out of you're bank account "$45" you will want to get a refund so they will agree to give back a partial refund because of a "non refundable 15 dollar fee" so they make nothing clear when signing up on purpose so they can make $15 dollars off of every person who easily falls into this trap of just simply signing up, they should really fix this scam payment method are shut down this site.

You'll notice on the landing page to set up an account that your credit card information is requested, along with acceptance of their terms and conditions which are hidden deep within the system. YOU WILL BE CHARGED $49.95 for a 3 month service ON TOP OF FEES FOR CALLS. If you request a refund prior to using the account, expect to pay $14.99 for the headache. Gladly take $14.99 from me so that I no longer have to deal with you. People, do not compare this company to other similar services. It's a waste of money. Visit or email your inmate. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Totally bad from the start...once they have your card number your immediately charged for a service. Which service nobody knows not even them. I complained and requested that my account created be closed and they refunded my card. Days later they took the same charge off of my card. Then I complained and asked that they not use my card again for nothing. They in response said they had to charge me for closing the account. But refunded me in full because I didn't want or need their service because my family member was already out.

This is a complete and total SCAM! do not give you're credit card information it looks like a simple sign up they will do a blind charge right away of $45.98 With no warning or bill no review of a payment, nobody answers the phone of the customer sevice and on email they will refuse a refund that all sales are final that it's in the agreement when it was just a simple sign up, they make money off of robbing people i had to cancle my card, i cant believe this website is still up and working what a complete fraud!

They are a scam and does not work! DO NOT BUY! Each call charged me nearly 9 dollars with this service when the jail phone provider (Securistech) only charges me 4 dollars a call. I lost money I could have used on several calls to my husband just by using this company. They also try their best to talk you out of a refund when you request it even though they keep 14.95 non refundable fee.

Charge $45 some change before I could actually make any purchase and then 5 minutes after I tried to get a cancelation and return on my money they will keep 15 dollars for nothing this is a trash company Go elsewhere to do business or do not do it at all

No stars for this company.All they do is prey on people during hard times.They charge you r6 dollars then tell you to do all the work to set it up.Then in the end you are told that nobody honors the product they are selling.Do not understand how people like this are not in jail for fraud.

This company straight out robs you before you even know what you are purchasing. I have contacted an attorney and my financial institution as well.
