Everything went well although the time taken to effect the transfer was longer than expected.

Setting up the account was stress free and they keep you informed of all account changes.

Easy to use and very prompt service.

The ease of completion the application form and transferring the monies proved to be very easy.

The confirmation mails were also very satisfying.

Very easy to set up an account. Transaction notifications are very good. Current interest rate is competitive.

They were very helpful and offered a good range of accounts.

Secure Trust offer an excellent ISA rate, so I opened an ISA, planning to transfer from another provider. I received a form from them saying my other provider needed it completed to be able to transfer. I had no other communication from Secure Trust and assumed all was fine (it takes up to 15 days for the process to complete usually). When I received the invitation to write this review I decided to check that all had completed successfully, to find that there was 0 in the account and it said “closed”. I had received no communication from them to say there was any problem. I contacted them and spoke to a helpful customer service representative who told me that the other provider was waiting for the go ahead from me. (Despite the form sent giving that authority). The issue could have been resolved easily with an email from either ISA provider so was disappointed that hadn’t been sent. I was informed that the ISA is still open so can transfer the funds.

I feel the other provider is more at fault as their communication has been atrocious.

Hopefully this hiccup will be unusual, so I am happy to continue with Secure Trust.

I am deaf but i found their Customer services exceptional in their helpfulness. I came away from the call completely satisfied which has not been my opinion with other banks

The product is good with a good interest rate. I found registering for online banking less easy than other banks and went round in circles a few times before being successful.
