Ordered a bottle of Bollinger from Australia for relatives in London. It arrived in plenty of time for New Years. Very good service at such a busy time of year.

I was gifted 2 bottles of red for Christmas. They were packaged beautifully in a box, and the wine was superb.

I found the shop very welcomeing very friendly and also very knowledgeable very large stock on different varieties of wines and sports at different prices overall I would recommend going there excellent

This was the second time I have ordered from the Secret Bottle Shop. This time I ordered two bottles of special edition port, three of prosecco and a bottle of champagne. The service I received was excellent and the delivery was fast and efficient ( I was able to pick up my delivery from Argos which is a DPD Local pick up shop).
The bottles were very carefully wrapped and delivered with care.
I can absolutely recommend the Secret Bottle Shop and would not hesitate to shop there again.

I am happy with my items, packaging was great. Thank you. The problem I experienced a delivery problem with DPD Local. I was in all day, nobody knocked the door or rang the bell. All I got was a message saying "We've missed you." It really took the fun out of my experience. I had to go and pick my parcel up from the drop-off point. Why would I pay £5.95 to go pick my parcel up myself? This is not acceptable at all. They should change delivery company as soon as possible. Thanks.

Great selection of drinks to choose from over a broad budget - something to suit everyone! Great packaging and arrived quickly. Only reason not 5 star is the gift wrapping was disappointing. The gift wrapping was just the bottle wrapped in tissue paper - not really gift wrapped. I now have to gift wrap the items myself (defeating the object of requesting gift wrapping!).

I would happily pay a little more for better gift wrapping! Otherwise very happy with the items and service.

A fantastic choice of wines and spirits for special occassions as well as very nice liquid refreshments. I found the perfect gift I was looking for.

I used the secret bottle shop yesterday for the first time and can't recommend enough.
Very competitive prices.
I wanted galliano for Christmas cocktails (not easy to find in most merchants) , they had it in stock for collection or delivery.
I used the 2/3 day delivery option but to my delight it arrived before 11 am this morning, the bottles were packed in air celled plastic packaging (which is fantastic for protecting glass bottles) and perfect size box , I was a little worried about ordering bottles that could break in delivery but they were 100% secure.
I would definitely order from here again and recommend to family and friends .

Excellent company. My order was a gift and I had to change details after making the order. Nothing was a problem and the wine was delivered next day.

My friend needed an urgent gift to be sent to Orkney and many other English suppliers don't cover that area but Secret Bottle Shop did. Their packaging is excellent, I have never had any bottles damaged and they always arrive on the date they give you. A reliable supplier of quality drinks.
