This will be a bit geeky but, 12:12hrs 5th Nov a friend let me know Secret Bottle Shop had a bourbon in stock that I was after, 12:15hrs I bought one, 13:15hrs email saying bottle was shipped, 6th Nov 13:10hrs bottle was delivered.
From buying to receiving in less than 24hrs, now that is what I call service, absolutely fantastic.

Ordered a 60th bottle to be engraved on Amazon and accidentally put the wrong address. I emailed Secret Bottleshop they can straight back to me and changed the delivery address. It was delivered the next day, absolutely brilliant! When I received the gift it was perfect! Thank you so much and will definitely recommend you to all.

When it comes to online shopping, honestly it's about price first and service second. However, in this case there were similar prices and ballpark shipping prices for the same item elsewhere but never having tried the Secret Bottle Shop sometime you want to give another company business away from those where they appear at the top of every search as they're Sponsored.
The only minor snag was DPD Local who dumped the package and marked it as signed for by "Tommo" (not my name).
All in all, highly recommended. Maybe Tommo can buy my next order!

I ordered two bottles of vintage port just before the storm and heavy snowfall. I received a message from the delivery firm saying that there would be a three day delivery delay due to the severe weather. I accept that the weather was unhelpful but felt three days was eexcessive. I called the Secret Bottle Shop to exlain my concern, and my worry about how the port was kept during the delay. A lady said that she quite understood and would look into it and get back to me. I had a call back to say that the package was kept in as secure warehouse until it went onto the delivery vehicle and that they felt that it would be less than three days. In fact it arrived, impeccably packaged and safe the following day. A very happy customer.

I'm very happy with the purchase, delivered on time. I was worried to order wine on line, but everything was packed very securely. Great choice of port. The engraving could be slightly bigger, but anyway looks great.
