Wrong Bottle Sent. Birthday gift ruined.
Ordered single malt with photo engraving, best wishes message, priority order and Royal Mail 48H delivery as a 60th birthday gift.
Arrived in prompt time but was NOT a single malt, it was a blended whisky. No good for the gift and too late to try return for the correct one.
Also the photo was quite trashy quality too but my major issue was the wrong bottle arrived.
I told customer services by email that there must be something far wrong with their website as I know I was on the Glendronach Malt page and hadn't even looked at the blended range, but a blended arrived.
They said that was impossible, implying I made the mistake. I KNOW I didn't.
Wish I'd read Trustpilot before I ordered over £90 worth from this lot.
I now suggest - AVOID them.
Expensive and poor quality
I ordered a photo engraved bottle of whisky for my mum's birthday. I read the guidelines for the photo quality and sent in a photo I thought was acceptable. The bottle arrived and the face was just a blank blob!! You couldn't make it out at all!!
I contacted them to question why, if the photo was too poor, they didn't contact me to let me know. They responded that 'unfortunately they cannot contact every customer' and that guidelines were given regarding photo requirements (which I thought I'd met but they're the experts, not me!).
Basically, they don't care enough about customer service and now I have a gift I'm embarrassed to give!

We ordered a bottle of Personalised Bollinger Rosé for a corporate event. Despite some of the bad reviews on here I found them great to deal with. The Rosé arrived quickly without issue. Will use again in the future.

It was very clear at the ordering stage to double check all spelling, which I thought I had.
I had visions of my Grandson at his 18th Birthday opening the case to see a spelling error from his ( will be by then) old Granny.

Please please please take your business elsewhere! I ordered an expensive bottle of champagne which was engraved and boxed. The box was too small and ripped the label and smudged the engraving. Ruined a special gift. I sent 5 emails and multiple calls and they didn’t respond. The positive reviews on here are clearly fake. They use the same language and clearly trying to mask the genuine poor reviews. Utter disgrace of a company and I will be reporting to the regulator.

Ordered a bottle of Laurent perier champagne with a picture engraved the parcel was 4 days late missed my girlfriends birthday and the picture is absolutely terrible felt ashamed when she opened it in front off me waste off a couple hundred quid
Engraving is really poor and squint
Engraving is really poor and squint. It looks more like a stamp of letters rather than engraving. Contacted them and they can’t understand what I mean. They apparently paint over the engraving so you can see it more despite having paid for engraving 🙄
Now we have a super expensive bottle of gin that looks like. 3year old used a stamper on it!

I don’t normally write reviews unless I feel it’s necessary, but I wanted to share my experience since I only read the other reviews after purchasing. Honestly, some of the reviews made me a bit nervous, but my experience was very positive. I ordered an engraved bottle, and the engraving was beautiful, the bottle arrived perfectly packaged and in great condition, and the customer service was excellent. They even reached out because I had abbreviated a word and confirmed it would fit before engraving. The bottle arrived the very next day. I can’t speak to everyone’s experience, but I wanted to add mine, so people know it’s not always a negative experience.
Paid about double the price to be let down
Paid around £40 over the top for a bottle of whiskey to have a birthday message and next day delivery, it didn’t arrive had to chase, 3 calls until anyone would pick up spoke to someone that sounded like they didn’t want to be at work told they would dispatch it that day that was four days after I had ordered it arrived on day 5 from the date of order, birthday missed well done.

Had a personalised photo/engraved bottle done as a gift and it is amazing, special thanks to the Engraving team for taking the time on improving/enhancing the photo I provided and another special thanks to Keeley for making sure it arrived on time :) would definitely recommend this company. A personalised gift for a dear friend’s 50th arrived today and the quality is simply awful. I could have printed my own photo and glued it on, and it would have looked better!
I spent £90 with packaging and the box is the only good thing.

Save your money
I ordered a £200 engraved Don Julio 1942 bottle as a Christmas gift. It was delivered by Royal Mail and the bottle arrived broken in the corner and a wet and bent box. I emailed customer service straight away to get a response 3 days later insinuating that I’m lying and the bottle should shatter in transit and not break. After the recipient had placed the bottle in the bin they requested further pictures 3 days later which I had sent given further damage to the bottle as it was placed in the bin. I was told the pictures are inconsistent as the bottom of the bottle is now smashed completely(due to it being in the bin for 3 days) and they would not be issuing me with a replacement or refund. They didn’t want to attempt to investigate the issue with the delivery service (Royal Mail) before making their own assumptions. Not everyone is dishonest Prestige Drinks, this could have done with a little more investigating on your part before accusing a customer of lying.

I got nervous reading the reviews but could not be happier! The results are amazing! The engraving is lovely and makes the bottles look great! Definitely would recommend! I bought personalized vodka and gin and they both came well wrapped and look amazing!
Scratched bottle
Received the bottle and it had a massive scratch over the engraving. I emailed them and sent a picture and all they did was apologise as sometimes the glass does that once it is painted. I said I will accepted a refund or a new one. No response since.

I purchased a bottle of Dom Pérignon for my son’s graduation from this company, only because the Engravers Guild (who I would thoroughly recommend) had sold out. The bottle was discoloured, and the engraving was appalling, it wasn’t really proper engraving but just whitening put on the bottle. Whitening was on the side of the bottle where it shouldn't have been. The bottle did not come in a box. I contacted them, and the lady said to return it, and I said my son’s graduation was very soon; I received no reply. I emailed again after the graduation and got no reply. My sense is this company will just ignore customers. I managed to purchase one from Wheelers Luxury Gifts, which included a gift box, which you can also put a plaque on the box. The lady from Wheelers was really helpful, and the champagne arrived three days later; it was perfect; I was over the moon with it. Save your money and time and go with the Engravers Guild of London or Wheelers Luxury Gifts. I have used the Engravers Guild for years now and haven’t had a problem, and the customer service is excellent.
