I'm sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. We understand how frustrating any delivery issue can be, particularly when an order is needed for a specific event.
Having reviewed your order, I can see that it was dispatched, the same day of ordering on the 28th and was delivered on the 30th at 11:38am. The totally delivery time from ordering to delivery being under 48hours.
Unfortunately, courier delays and service issues can occasionally occur despite our best efforts, and we appreciate how disappointing this can be when timing is important.
We were also concerned to read that you had not received a response to your messages you sent. After reviewing our records, we have been unable to locate the emails referenced in your review.
However, when you contacted us via live chat this evening, a member of our team responded promptly, apologised for the inconvenience, and arranged a full refund of your delivery charge.
We also offered a full refund upon return of the bottle, as it was no longer required.
As a small independent retailer, we genuinely care about our customers and always aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly when things don't go to plan. We're sorry this order did not meet your expectations and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.

Ordered some harder to find Bourbons from these guys, a Stagg Jr and an E.H. Taylor, both were very reasonably priced, delivered very quickly and packaged very safely, couldn't be more pleased.
