A minha mulher comprou um par de sapatos por 50 euros, que depois de um dia de uso começou a desfazer se. Voltamos a loja, mas recusaram reembolso / troca, dizendo que tinha que enviar os sapatos para o departamento de análise, que demoraria 30 dias. Somos turistas, e regressamos amanhã ao Reino unido, pelo que efectivamente não temos direito de reembolso ou troca para um par de sapatos de qualidade inaceitável. É incrivel que no século 21 ainda há empresas com tanto desrespeito pelos clientes

I bought a pair of flip flops in the Seaside shop Cascais Villa (Roxy, 14.99€).
The band ripped out of the sole 7 days after so they were ready for the bin. As I had lost the bag with the receipt I went to the shop just to inform them about the waste they are selling. Shop assistant told me I could return them if I brought a bank statement showing the payment. Which I did, even though I don't live in Cascais I went there another time. This time the two super unfriendly bored assistants being present stated they could not accept the statement for a proof as I could hv bought anything for this price!! Presenting them the ripped slippers as displayed in the shop for the exact same price! They would have to send it to the office for them to look at their accounts. I should return once more and leave the print out there. She didn't care about the fact that I don't live there and would hv to travel a third time for this. Super gutted a few weeks later I returned just to be told by the first shop assistant they didn't know of anything, the other person didn't work there any more, had not informed them and she couldn't do anything about it. She seriously suggested me to print out the bank statement another time and come back there for the fourth time!! And she wouldn't return the money anyway but I'd have to buy something else at the shop! I told her this was the most outrageous customer experience ever and it would be the last time ever I bought anything at this shop. Reply: I don't care, it's not my shop

I am always so happy with the service. I have ordered twice when I lived in France and once now living in the Netherlands. It might take up to two weeks to arrive but the prices are great and I love their shoes

As compras online nao funcionam bem. As devolucoes tem de ser por ctt e os custos ficam a cargo do cliente, o que no meu caso me fez gastar cerca de 10€ entre portes de envio da encomenda e portes da devolucao. Em loja so fazem trocas. Alem disso, o processo de devolucao do dinheiro e moroso. Nao recomendo.

Tive uma péssima experiência na Seaside.
Quase 40 euros para o lixo !!
Comprei umas sandálias que usei 2 vezes e perderam logo as pedras e descoseram-se.
Não aceitaram a troca na loja após 3 semanas da compra e com o recibo. Ao enviar a reclamação para o escritório respondem-me que não consideram defeito.

Depois de ler vários testemunhos na net percebi que é prática comum da empresa apenas resolvendo litigios que são levados a outras instâncias.

Acho inaceitável este tratamento ao cliente .

Marca a evitar! Vendem produtos sem qualidade, que se desgastam muito antes do previsto e não devolvem o dinheiro nem oferecem a possibilidade de trocar o produto. Apenas querem vender produtos, sem qualidade, para maximizar os lucros à custa dos clientes. Seaside nunca mais!

Entrega rápida. Artigo entregue bem acondicionado e conforme indicado.

Ordered 2 pairs of boots to be shipped to the UK on 1st October. Waited until 20th October to contact them via their Facebook page. It was only then they told me they were out of stock and gave me a refund. Waste of time. Don't bother.

Ordered online 16 days ago, not received till today and no answer from them on both ways you can communicate. I will never buy again from them online or store.

Comprei artigos de calçado através do site da Seaside ,no dia 31 de maio de 2020 e até hoje dia 4 de julho ,não recebi nada relativo à encomenda já contatei várias vezes e só me dizem mentiras ,fui completamente enganada ,aconselho a que não comprei nada na Seaside via online é infelizmente aldrabice .

Encomendei sandálias na Seaside, a encomenda demorou ainda uns dias a mais do que o previsto, falei com a seaside de apoio ao cliente, foram super simpáticos e responderam me com brevidade.
A encomenda chegou hoje tudo bem embalado, percebi depois que o atraso tinha sido dos correios.
Apesar do atraso dou 5 estrelas porque deram resposta e resolveram a situação.

Realizei uma encomenda de dois artigos online no dia 2 de maio, passados 13 dias tentei contactar o serviço de apoio ao cliente o qual demorou 2 dias a responder. A resposta dos mesmos foi que um dos artigos estava esgotado e que iria ser contactada para resolução do problema. No entanto, o valor foi cobrado no momento da encomenda e não o devolveram até ao momento, nem voltaram a contactar. Falta de respeito pelo cliente, incompetência e sem livro de reclamações online (sim tentei fazer reclamação onde devido mas a empresa descrita no site não consta no livro de reclamação online).

I have ordered online 3 pair of shoes from saeside wedsite on 31/12/2019 paid 74 euros to be delivery it to united kindom.It was a free delivery to europe spend on more than 49 euros.I have got order confirmation .But i have not recieved my order yet .It had been 15 days since .Unable to check it through wedsite as it says ordee not recognised . The parcel due to deliver through DHL.but on my account says paid but not shipped .I dont really understand how this website works.They dont have customer service contanct number or email.I think this is a doggy wedsite.I only ordered online beacause i visted ALGARVE ( PORTIMAO' )on 20th December 2019 .Bought a black pair of ankel boots .I like it very much.But i did not expect such bad situation.So disgusting .All it is I cannot contact them .I would not recommend anyone to purchse online.I am going to inform their head office as i got all prooof to submit .

I purchased a couple of items from Seaside in Lisbon. The sales assistants spoke perfect English whilst i was in store right through to the payment of the goods. However, they did not explain i couldn't have a refund only an exchange if i wanted to return the items because there was a promotion on until the end of January. I was returning to the UK the next day.
I changed my mind and tried to return an item. The sales assistant turned a notice round by the till (only displayed in Portuguese) to advise of the return policy in English (this was not displayed anywhere else in the store). She then continued to speak to me in Portuguese in an abrupt manner. I repeatedly asked her to speak English again as she had done previously, but she refused! I would advise anyone to avoid this store as the staff are extremely rude to say the least!

I have purchased a pair of boots. After less than 3 months the elastic part of it started to be loose, but only at one side of the boots. After taking the boots to reclamation, the answer from the Quality Department of the company, was that it has passed too much time since I bought the boots (3 months!) to accept my reclamation. That means that the shoes they are selling are not suppose to last more than this period. They are perfectly aware of poor quality of the shoes and they don't hide it. It is too bad that at the moment of purchase they do not indicate to their customers. Many people would not choose to buy the product that doesn't last even one season...
