Double glazed window replacement
I’m very pleased with the double glazing using, which was exactly as I expected and fitted perfectly. Great to get rid of the unsightly blown window and I expect I’ll be ordering again from Sealed Units Online.

Fantastic online quote calculator
I like the fact that you can design completely how you want the glass units using a simple online calculator which is great when putting together a quote for a client. The price is very reasonable too. My one quibble is that you pay for a quicker delivery but rarely does the product come on time. That is fairly standard for the glass industry though and it won't stop me buying from them again!

Unit was exactly as ordered
Unit was exactly as ordered and is of excellent quality and delivered in advance of target date. Order communication and provision of a guarantee via email is very good. My only small criticism would be I failed to receive notification of delivery on the day. Otherwise, I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.

Service appalling
Service appalling; items arrived over a month late with some very poor communication making matters much worse. When item did arrive it had just been left, unpacked, on my doorstep (a glass window unit?!). Terrible. Will never use again.

Communications The product is fine but communications terrible. Delivered on the 4th advised date each date came with no delivery only advised of new date when I contacted them only found out that delivery was on its way when I complained the last delivery date was missed. Don't think I will use them again

Second time I’ve used sealedunitsonline…
Second time I’ve used sealedunitsonline for replacement double glazed units . Both times units have arrived made up to the correct measurements. My only gripe is that their communication is a little lacking . Second order didn’t receive any communication regarding delivery date . Luckily the driver left the item in a safe location .

Product was good quality and made to the required specifications. It arrived in a reasonable time scale.
Strange delivery. No prior notification. Just left unexpectedly outside the front door. Didn’t ring the doorbell. No packaging. Just plain glass left against the wall. But overall very pleased. Will use again.

Replacement DG Unir
Replacement unit arrived on day stated - did not fit it straight away as it was for garage door, and another project was taken free time.
have given 4 stars (would have been 5) had it not been for a small piece of glass stuck to the bottom underside of unit. (Unit would not fit level in frame)
Found cause - removed glass fragment - Then fine.
Would use again - upper pane showing sign of blowing-so if summer sale is still on may replace
