Thank you so much Eric for helping me and your team to resolve my issues

Muy bueno me gustó

They haven't given me the refund they owe me kept trying to pull from my account and keep saying oh complete this survey to get your refund

EDIT: It has been some time and I just got an email. The other day saying, if I didn't put more information into my review, they were threatening to delete it. Because the company says it's slander. I just wanna say that this company is complete b. S. And by the way, I still never got my refund

Grassias por du ayuda y por arreglar mi problema grasias...

Ashley took care of my problem (I requested a refund) without any issue. She was very knowledgeable of the situation and handled it with ease.

Porque solucionaron de manera efectiva mi inconveniente. Gracias Eric por tu ayuda.

I have been forced to review a company without my problem getting solved. This doesn’t mae a sense. Wouldn’t you want to solve the issue first and then ask the person to review your services. You may want to reevaluate this process

Quick response have not seen refund as of yet so do not want to give any false hope. Once refund recieved I will re review

Basically the info was what I knew already. I felt that what you claimed to provide was not provided.

This was a scam. I was trying to order perfume. I was charged twice for something I didn't order. This wasn't even the company I was trying to order from. I contacted the company and they refunded my money.

Its was great and very helpful
