At least a very quick response was achieved in this curious case where my payment was inexplicably transferred to Tailvault. They responded to my query email and arranged to credit my payment account on receipt of a Trustpilot review. My query was responded to with a multi paragraph response within two minutes…..amazing even to me!

I had no idea what this charge was that kept happening, it wasn't going away lol. I finally called to cancel whatever this was. they were super awesome. totally explained to me what it was that this was, and with no issues canceled and refunded my account (at least upon this review lol. if it doesn't happen, I assure you I'll let you know ha-ha. They even threw in some extra money to try the service again, (although I never tried it the first time. I have no idea when or how I signed up for this) I'm not sure how much the money is, it is in a different country I'm not familiar with. but m sure it's all good. they were def very nice and professional

I was unhappy about the product I thought I was getting, but only got a subscription to a link I could not open. I am promised a refund for the charge, if that refund occurs I would give 4 stars.

Es una estafa, te cobran dos veces al mes por nada. Solicité la baja desde marzo y envían correos burlándose y no dan la baja

Sealbin is a fraudulent website. Do not recommend. I’ve had to order a new card. Jamal through Trustpilot was helpful with getting a refund.
