I am sharing this review to inform how sellers are treating people
I am sharing this review to inform other customers about my experience.
I purchased a ring in this shop for my wife. After only three days of normal use, the ring broke. I returned to the store calmly to explain the situation and express my disappointment.
I was immediately told that the damage was entirely our fault and that the product had been delivered in perfect condition. When I stated that I trust my wife and do not believe she could have broken the ring through careless use, one of the employees called me “stupid”. A second employee repeated this word, opened the shop door, and told me to leave.
This is a place where sellers tell you that you are “stupid” if you trust the person you love.
I found this behavior extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. Regardless of who is responsible for the damage, no customer should ever be spoken to in this way.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this shop.

Styr LANGT unna!

Highly recommended!
A very trustable family business that makes you feel comfortable and always welcome. Have been a regular customer there for about 15 years. Though I know they are busy, they always share of their time for a good chat. When I leave I always feel more rich compared to how I felt when I came, also from a spiritual perspective. I'm glad these guys and a shop like this still stay in business! Highly recommended!

Tusen takk for vel utført jobb :)

Hei Åse,
Takk for tilbakemeldingen!

Making a ring from a raw thulitt stone
I wanted to make a ring from a big raw thulitt. After some researh I found my way to Kongsård Jeweler. I was met with a very professional, creative and friendly attitude. Through common effort, we agreed how the shape of the ring should be. I am extremely satisfied with the result.
