Thank you for your review, Tabatha! We’re happy to hear you’re enjoying the site. Regarding the withdrawal issue, please note that instant bank transfers require a minimum balance of $100. If your balance was below that, the system would only offer the gift card option.
We are sorry for the confusion regarding the gift card terms and the frustration of not being able to use it as intended. We never want a user to feel like they’ve lost out.

Yeah, they do pay out
Yeah, they actually paid out. Kind of a hassle getting the verification requirements done, but once that is completed, the payout was instant. Hit my account within 2 minutes. I just wish that the scratchees won more often. I also don't think that their odds are really true. I mean, I had 10 scratchees, with 1 in 3.76 odds of winning, and every single one of them were losers. But I did win with a couple, so I know it's not ALL bullsh*t.

Thank you for your review, Christopher! We are thrilled the payout was instant—funds hitting your account in 2 minutes after verification. We acknowledge that the verification process can be a hassle; these steps are mandatory for your account security and compliance.
Regarding the scratcher odds: We understand the frustration of losing runs.
The 1 in 3.76 odds reflect the statistical probability across the entire game series, not a guarantee for a small ticket batch. Each scratcher is a random, independent event.
We appreciate you confirming you won with a couple of tickets, proving our games are legitimate.

What made my experience great was the fact that I won $250 off of a $20 scratch ticket right when I needed the money but getting everything situated for verification was a pain in it but and time to find out it was on their end not mine but we all got it figured out that's all that matters

Love it except the $100 withdraw threshold
I was pleasantly surprised when I was actually paid. I never noticed the $100 threshold, which is extremely high if you ask me and the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars. But other than that the scratchers were just like regular tickets and odds. It was fun and exciting to play. I loved it.

We’re sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy your experience. Please know Scratchee is not run by bots; all our scratch cards use a fair, random system verified for transparency. The “1 in 5” odds reflect average chances across all tickets, so wins aren’t guaranteed with every batch. We understand it’s frustrating when you don’t win, but transparency and fairness are extremely important to us. You can always review the odds, terms, and prize details for each game directly on our website before playing. Please reach out to hello@scratchee.com if you have any additional questions!

Recommend not using!
I deposited $20 into the website and purchased a $20 card. I won $200 on that card, tried to cash out and after emails back and forth for 2 weeks now I am still unable to cash out the money I won. I believe they stall people from cashing out using the identification verification process hoping people will spend the money they won. I am not happy with this and still have over $100 in my account that I can't get. 👎🏿

I tried this out on 9/13/25 and after losing three or four games, I won $160. When going through the withdrawal process, I chose the instant option. Still haven’t received my winnings, almost 24 hours later. Maybe my definition of instant is different

Any funds you add will be converted into scratchee coins that are immediately available in your Scratchee wallet. You can use these coins to purchase any of our products, which will not cost you from your payment method every time.
I have had a awesome experience so far…
I have had a awesome experience so far with scratchee . Com . After discovering the site I got an email offer for a guaranteed deposit win. I used the link in the email as instructed but my card has an error. After correcting the error (after downloading the app) I tried my deposit again and it went through. But I didn't get the bonus and it occurred to me the email stated I needed to use the link provided. I emailed support to see if my blunder could be undone. I got a response that unfortunately the event had just ended,...BUT....., they credited my account with a match to my deposit!!!!!!!!🤯 I played and won and had a lot of fun.
Be informed though that at this current time they have a limited selection of scratchers to play, but it's exciting to scratch! They are working on the site and there are a couple snaffues like after scratching a card sometimes they don't have the option of going back to the home page or to close the current window and be brought to the homepage.
Those are the only changes I think need addressing.
I was able to withdraw 20$ onto a visa gift card right away as there isn't any playthrough requirements. It arrived in my email about 3 days after redeeming.

I would stay clear of this. The odds they state on the games is totally not realistic!
This site is clearly designed to have you win your first couple of times but with a withdraw minimum of 100.00 you are never likely going to get it back unless you happen to be one of the lucky ones to win a larger amount initially. While I am sure there a a few out there who are able to withdraw the majority never will and I have serious doubts about games that are online and digital. There is such a great chance for things to be manipulated behind the scene and you cannot win with that as a likely possibility. No over sight or accountability to monitor these sights and you might as well throw the money up in a wind storm and you have about the same chance of getting any back. Being a Facebook ad it lends itself to a 98% probability that there is something that is deceptive or is a scam. I would save yourself the money by not giving it to them.

Hi, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry you have had a poor experience.
All Scratchee games are legitimate sweepstakes with fixed odds that are published for every game. The “1 in X” odds mean that, across the full pool of tickets for that game, that ratio of tickets is winners. As with any sweepstakes, this does not guarantee a win in every small set of plays, but it does mean the games are fair and consistent.
Our minimum withdrawal starts at $10 when using a Prezzee Virtual VISA Card. Bank transfers are also available with a higher minimum. Many players successfully withdraw every day using the option that works best for them.
We take fairness and compliance very seriously. All Scratchee games and promotions are operated within sweepstakes laws in the United States and are subject to checks to ensure they remain fair and transparent. Nothing is manipulated behind the scenes.
We understand losing streaks can feel frustrating, but Scratchee is designed to give players a fair chance to win while also providing access to our discounts and rewards hub.
If you would like us to review your specific account history or clarify anything further, our team is available anytime at hello@scratchee.com
Best regards,
The Scratchee Team
