Scrap4free Arvostelua

Friendly and efficient.
Worked hard to meet my requirement.
Fully recommended.

Very helpful, had a little hiccup at first but was sorted very quickly. Black dog salvage came and collected quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with the service from the company.

Neil was prompt, communicative and no fuss. Nice person and took extra for us

Good communication. I wasn’t in when the radiator was collected from outside my house, however my neighbours told me it was a quick and efficient pick up.

Really easy to organise online and good follow up messages during the process. The company used for collection were polite and on time.

Easy to arrange a collection.
Picked up within 2 days.

great free service picked up my old washing machine saved any hassle trying to get rid of it or having to pay

Didn't wait long for scrap to be collected.

They turned up, collect what i needed collected with no fuss.

Very helpful and quick service.

very happy with the service, free washing machine collection on a very short notice (just a day's notice).

Great service came within 48 hours as promised and took old dishwasher away

Left a message to collect old metal fireplace and replied sameday and collected following afternoon. Very Happy with service. Would recommend.

Quick response, clear about when coming and collected as planned.

timely collection and have good responsibility, professional manner and politely

Experience was just awful beyond words. As soon as they deem you to not have enough 'value' in your scrap, you get put on a blacklist and basically nobody bothers to come collect.

They started ignoring my emails after promising to follow up, and my scrap has been left to just sit there.

Incredibly unprofessional service and I will never ever recommend.

UPDATE: there’s no value in your company so you don’t get my custom.

A professional, very efficient and overall excellent service from Black Dog Scrap. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others, or in engaging them again myself. Many thanks!

This is a great service for anyone who is unable
to dispose of their unwanted metal items themselves.
A simple online request and the job was done.
My item was collected free of charge.
Perfect Service and much needed.

There was a slight delay in getting my washing machine picked up, but Scrap4free were in touch the whole time and pick up happened when they said it would. I'm very happy and grateful for their assistance and I will be using them again in the future. For anyone needing an appliance removed I would fully recommend them.

Very quick to pick up, sorted in no time very good, will use again.
