Shocking service . Do not order from this site. Placed order over a week ago and still no status available as to when this will be shipped. Numerous emails sent with no reply. At this point I don’t know if I’ll get my order.

Didn’t receive order. No response through email.

Have ordered from scran.ie before with no problem but this time has been disappointing.

They say next day shipping on the site. It's a week and a half since I placed the order and it hasn't shipped. Shop app shows it's still waiting to be sent. There's been no communication from them.

I sent an email yesterday morning asking for the order to be cancelled. No reply yet.

Not a happy customer at all.

I still have not received my goods more thana week after I put my order in.

I have made my order 4 days ago and still was not shipped.

My order from 13th August has not arrived

AVOID!! Order not received and scran.ie are not responding to emails. Absolute scam. Disgraceful

What a waste of time & money this website is. Don’t buy anything from here because they won’t ship your orders for weeks after ordering & when it arrives everything is out of date some by more than a year, they don’t reply to emails & it’s impossible to try & get a refund. Stay away from scran.ie. Ordered July 7th & delivered July 31st

It has been nearly 2 weeks and my order isnt here. I paid more than I could realistically afford to be reminded of better times (this bulk buy of drinks brings back good memories). I cant even track my parcel. I feel like ive been robbed, and at a very low point in my life too. I literally just wanted to be reminded of better times....

Absolutely no communication over 2 weeks

I placed Order #4682OS on the 6th, and I still haven't received my parcel. It has been 11days, and the tracking status has not changed. You're asking me to leave a review, but how can I review a product that I haven't even received? Please resolve the delivery issue first. I am very disappointed with this experience.

Received out of date packets. Emailed and no reply. Very poor customer service. Not recommended!

I ordered on the 2nd of June and have not received anything. Money has been taken and no reaction to several emails. I tried to cancel my order through email and asked for a refund. Again no reaction! Stay away from this shop!!!!

Still haven’t received item . Ordered on the 5th June . Item can’t be tracked.

I ordered, they did not say that it was out of stock and then I had to get a refund 🥲

My order was terrible from beginning to end. I was charged €6.99 for shipping, and the items took 2 weeks to arrive; furthermore, they are expired (since 2025).

Frankly, this is an insult to your customers. I contacted them to file a complaint regarding this matter and never received a reply. Utterly disappointed.

Firstly i want to say that in terms of the company they are okay. It took a while for my order to be processed and delivered and i also didn’t get any updates from the initial confirmation email, the products just showed up one day. Now in terms of the sweets, i order multiple different types of the sugar free sweets. I only tried around 8 of the sugar free cola bottles and oh my god! Tastes amazing BUT you need to take the laxative warning SERIOUSLY!!. EIGHT, EIGHT tiny little cola bottles, not even eaten on an empty stomach, and i have been paying for it for hours. It is tough out here. Obviously this isn’t Scrans fault and i understand that, i just want to warn other unsuspecting customers. THE LAXATIVES FROM THE SWEETENERS ARE NO JOKE!!!!!! TREAD LIGHTLY!!!

Ordered 10 days ago, nothing was shipped. No answer to emails. Phone number invalid looks like the company is gone busted
