Refusal to refund and Lies!!
Refusal to refund my money paid for treatment that couldn't be fulfilled during C19. The company are claiming that this was a Groupon Voucher bought in 2017! This is untrue. I didn't even live in the area til 2019!! This service was purchased in the salon after 2 previous visits my first being Aug 2019! Not through Groupon. This is unlawful as per C19 law. The owner is in contravention of law and doesn't know the difference between policy and statutory duty. It's also dreadful customer service and lies. My emails (and letters before action) have been ignored for a year now. It's caused huge distress and upset.

As you are aware, your £39 voucher was purchased in November 2017, which at the time of purchase was valid for 12 months...as set out by the company terms & conditions.
As a gesture of goodwill the expiry date on your voucher was extended so that you could still have the experience despite the fact that it had expired.
As stated in many emails sent to you previously, you are very welcome to come and use the voucher even though it is now 5 years old and no longer exists. So please do contact the booking team when you are ready - puckrup@schmooskincare.com

whilst the ladies were respectful
whilst the ladies were respectful, the massage was very lacklustre. there was nothing more than effleurage, lovely in itself, but not good enough for getting through to aching muscles.
