So me and my friend have list days leave , petrol and parking costs
To make matters worse the customer service is atrocious with no empathy , no option to rebook and left to us to seek refund via wowcher

Please accept our apologies again that we had to cancel your treatments. This is something we certainly don't take lightly and we exhausted all options in trying to fulfil your appointment.
We contacted you as soon as we were able and the only form of communication we have for you on our booking system is an email address.
If you could please provide your telephone number we will of course call you and explain the situation. You were also only advised to speak to Wowcher because that is who you booked your Voucher through and they would be able to help you with any possible refunds etc.
Please do pass on your phone number and we will call you.

They cancelled at the last minute after several emails confirming all booked in. Very disappointed especially when we have waited for several weeks due to availablity. It has completely left both of us deflated and unhappy

Unfortunately the Industrial Action currently being taken by Royal Mail has meant there has been a lot of disruption for customers and businesses alike. We use Royal Mail as they are the 'Gold Standard' for small package deliveries - unfortunately however, this certainly hasn't been the case over the last 2 weeks or so.

Lovely Treatments
Fabulous facial and back massage, would highly recommend. Pay a visit to the Hilton Cardiff for a truly relaxing experience in a little haven tucked away in a quiet part of the hotel. 😴 :)

Treatments are wonderful, welcoming and friendly staff who listen to the client and tailor treatment to you. Products are lovely too. Use of the leisure facilities for a little extra cost £5 is well worth it.
