Very bad experience.
Wrong shipment content. The seller tried to cheat by substituting one item by completely different and cheap one. Then ignored email messages, so had to send registered letter to reach him. Still owe 8.55 euros reimbursement.
Worst ever, very arrogant unprofessional customer service.

Edit: Unlike problem solving, the reaction on negative feedback (by email) was immediate. But again ill-mannered and highly arrogant, totally refusing his responsibility for the inconvenience and troubles.
This seller just doesn't have any clue what the customer service is.

Edit2: the seller indicate, that Phenethyl Phenylacetate crystallizes at room temperature. That is correct, melting point is 28ºC (though it does not explain splitting it by two bottles).
But the problem is, the one received (mean, both bottles) is liquid at room temperature 22ºC, and still liquid in refrigerator at lower temperature.
So looks like another fake item.

Bisher immer nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Leider schon zweimal Sachen bestellt, jedoch bei der Lieferung Produkte nicht mitgeliefert, da sie ausverkauft waren. Natürlich das Geld immer Zurücküberwiesen bekommen, jedoch benötige ich das Produkt trotzdem und muss ein weiteres Mal bestellen. Trotzdem tolle Preise und super Produkt.

The website already includes useful details like density and melting point, and I was able to get additional information via WhatsApp, but having it listed directly on the product pages could reduce unnecessary questions.
