Enfin réception de commande exactement comme prévu, carton en parfait état. La qualité du produit est vraiment au RDV. Je termine en félicitant les personnes avec qui j’ai interagit, Professionnelles et sympathiques. J’ai testé avec l’achat de 2 chaises Hay J42. Achat et remplacement de la lampe Caret
Ma demande a été traitée avec beaucoup de courtoisie et d'efficacité. Il est rare d'avoir un tel service après-vente, mais Scandinavia -Design s'est surpassé en offrant son aide et son service. Je le recommande fortement.

J’ai fait un appel en garantie pour un lustre de qualité renommée et d’environ 1500€ acheté il y a plus de 3a,s
Le problème était lié à une mauvaise fixation des globes ayant généré la casse de deux d’entre eux sur les quatre du lustre
Scandinavia design m’a fourni gracieusement quatre globes de nouvelle conception pour les remplacer et offert un dédommagement significatif pour les conséquences subies
En aucun cas Scandinavia design n’a cherché à dégager sa responsabilité et il a fait preuve d’une célérité exceptionnelle pour régler à mon entière satisfaction le problème en collaboration avec son fournisseur
Comme quoi acheter des produits de qualité au travers d’un Scandinavia design qui traite ses clients avec un respect maximum , c’est une garantie de satisfaction maximale

I ordered the Ferm Living Desert chair from Scandinavia Design and I love it. I wasn't sold on the seat choice I made, and they gladly let me exchange it for a different color. Highly recommend!

I have ordered a number of products from Scandinavia Design. They are a trusted supplier of authentic home furniture (Carl Hansen, Vitra, etc) and hard to beat for price and service for top brands. Their communication is always clear and accurate in terms of delivery timelines. I have had only one issue with a damaged delivery and they resolved this in a timely and satisfactory way. I always got quick replies to my queries and was kept up to date with the progress.

I’ve ordered a bag of Marimekko, but it came yesterday with some factory defects on the strap and with part of it that it’s unstitched, so it’s impossible to use it.
Today I checked on the website and it’s written that I have to complain within 24 hours to tell about the defects. There is no form to fill to do the complain so I wrote to all the adresses that appeared on their website to explain the problem and I’ve sent the photos of the bag. I hope to receive an answer and to solve the problem with a change of the bag of a refound.
For the moment nobody answered my emails.

One of the best websites for home decor. The selection of brands and products is excellent!! They also provided us with good advice on choosing the right size for our ceiling lamps. They were very understanding with us because our apartment was under renovation and they stored our purchases ( we had a huge delay). They are always fast and kind . Thanks
