Llevo con mi cuenta desde que se creó la Fintech y no he tenido nunca ningún problema. La aplicación funciona muy bien y la atención al cliente es espectacular, muy atentos y eficaces. He comprado en numerosos establecimientos y nunca me ha dado problemas. Las transferencias llegan enseguida. En definitiva un 10 en todos los aspectos!!!!

Buenas tardes. Estoy con esta Fintech desde el principio. Jamás he tenido ningún problema con mi cuenta o mi tarjeta. He transferido fondos desde otra entidad a mi cuenta en Saurus y de esta a la tarjeta. He comprado en toda clase de empresas con la tarjeta sin ningún problema. La APP funciona perfectamente y nunca me ha dado ningún error.
Quiero dejar mi testimonio para contrarrestar todas aquellas opiniones y/o experiencias negativas que algunos usuarios dan sobre esta empresa.

Soy usuario Saurus y no he conocido un equipo con tanta experiencia, ilusión, y pasión por innovar.
Empresa totalmente transparente y cercana.

I'm really confused and disappointed at the same time
The account is really straightforward and I do appreciate it
But since now 3 weeks I credited my account with 400£ till today is till pending.
Every transaction I've made I get charge for it and I pay gladly, even the pending one I have already paid the charge for it.
I send them an email when it happened they told me that it was gonna be cleared in couple of hours till today I have received nothing
Send them over 20 emails still nothing
They said it come from their finance provider.
I am just asking my question of what type of financial institution will behave like this ?
We have bills, families and stuff to do with our money
Them working working will they be happy to be in this type of situation??
Is it because they know what they're doing with our money that they treating us like this.
What's the point of promoting ur business if u want to scam ur own customers?
Please I'm begging on your understanding to clear my money?
If not can you provide us the name of that financial institution so we can seek for legal action

My friend sent me 250 euros and immediately the money hit my account my account got blocked. I have been trying to transfer the money to my card and withdraw but they keep sending me error message. I am a student and I need this money to complete my fees before the semester exams starts.
Honestly i would not advice anyone to dare download or use saurus. SAURUS.COM i need a refund since i have been contacting all the customers support services Phone, email etc and no one is replying. Im so pissed...

Sí, has cumplido con la normativa vigente para engañar a los usuarios y regulada por los organismos cómplices de tus prácticas de smart scam. ¿Por qué no cerraron mi cuenta de billetera al principio y después de abrirla el 2 de marzo de 20221 cuando se abrió esta cuenta y según los términos de su cuenta personal del 19 de mayo de 2021? ¿Por qué aceptó usar mi dinero durante un año antes de cerrar mi cuenta de billetera el 18 de marzo de 2022? De hecho, sé que los pagos y transacciones SEPA son gratuitos en todos los países de la UE y no entiendo el significado de "tarifa de transacción manual". Necesito todos mis fondos en total que estaban en la cuenta de la billetera y no solo la mitad. De lo contrario, siempre lo consideraré como abuso de confianza, robo, extorsión y fraude.

Porque vocês aceitaram de usar meu dinheiro durante um ano antes de fechar minha conta de carteira no dia 18 de março de 2022? Na verdade, sei que os pagamentos e transações SEPA são gratuitos em todos países da União Europeia e não entendo o significado de "taxa de transação manual"! Preciso de todos os meus fundos no total que estavam na conta carteira e não apenas metade. Caso contrário, considerarei sempre como abuso de confiança, roubo, extorsão e fraude.

Why didn't you close my wallet account at the beginning and after opening it on March 2, 20221 when this account was opened and as per your personal account terms of May 19, 2021? Why did you agree to use my money for a year before closing my wallet account on March 18, 2022? They blocked my account with no basis, they didnt reply me for 2 weeks while i was asking for them to refund the money to the senders, my case had to be send to the provider to be solved. When you talk with costumer service they dont present themselves with name and are very very rude. The worst bank i have ever seen, we even thought they wanted to steal the money, i even contacted a lawyer firm because they were literally ignoring me. Wouldnt recommend this bank or the app to anyone, be very careful, specially if you are a freelancer

Totalmente recomendable. Tengo cuenta con ellos desde hace un año aprox. No un solo problema y cuando he tenido dudas me las resolvieron sobre la marcha, muy rápido.
La verdad dan mucha confianza las comisiones claras y seguro las irán bajando conforme tengan más clientes. Expectante por poder tener cuenta en oro o algo parecido creo querían hacer, a ver cómo le dan forma.

Toda mi experiencia ha sido buena, usando la tarjeta en mis compras, atención al cliente rápida y personalizada. Recibiendo y enviando transferencias... todo perfecto y lo mejor es que seguramente se irán agregando actualizaciones que mejorarán todavía más sus servicios. Aplicación recomendada

They asked for my documents and disappeared when it was time to send my money back to me! I’ve written several emails to let them know that I needed the money as soon as possible but they totally ignored me. What is the point of running a bank if you’re not handling their money appropriately? I don’t recommend this bank to anyone as I am in debt now with my landlord due to this issue. Run while you can!

Total scam going on. They block peoples accounts and then decide to ignore them and keep there funds.

I advise you all to go to the financial ombudsman and ask for help. They will get your money back for you for free.

Do not trust saurus.

Llevaba ya unos meses con ellos pero hace alrededor de 21 días después de hacer una transferencia a mi casera me bloquearon la cuenta, me pidieron luego que enviara mi documentación y luego me dijeron que en unos días comprobaban que todo estaba en orden y que me avisaban. Hasta el día de hoy les sigo escribiendo correos y no me responden ni me dejan tan siquiera sacar mi dinero y cerrar la cuenta.

Highly recommend this account if somebody wants to be left without money. Had the account for about a year , barely used it. Withdraw month ago money from my crypto exchange account was ok, and tried same week ago, to send money to my girlfriend for food and rent. When money hit the account
they blocked it instantly. Sent me an email to which I responded, and in one sentence of my email I asked if " are you people reta*ded? ".
Because of that they closed my account , and told me to "recall" my money from sender's bank. When I asked how I'm suppose to do it, since transfer was from crypto exchange account, not from my real bank account. They just stopped responding,
not respond through email, and telegram. So they appropriated my money, I think thats they business model, judging by the comments section here.

Please show me where I insulted and threaten your stuff? I asked only a question "are you people r*tarded?" I didnt write "you people are r*tards" maybe time to go back to primary school , and I didnt write in my review that you stole my money, you said it, not me. Still no answer to my question how I'm suppose to recall my money.
