Great service. Arrived on time, neat and tidy, explained about the product and polite.

Very professional and knowledge service, turn up on time and completed the work to a very high standard. I would recommend the company.

Professional installation carried out by installer to my brand new static caravan. Would highly recommend.

Reliable, helpful, quick, efficient.

The engineer was very friendly and helpful. His work was to a high standard and very tidy. He was happy to answer any questions and was knowledgeable.
It was a good experience.

Excellent service. Very helpful and professional. The installation wasn't easy due to where I needed the dish and router fitting but was carried out satisfactorily. Highly recommended.

Very good service, the engineer installed the dish and explained every thing in under 2 hours. It is a very unobtrusive and neat installation in rural Devon.

Kept informed of installation day and time. Engineer arrived on time, informed me when on the way. Explained where best for the satellite and router and why. Ensured all working correctly before he left and I knew how to use it on the app etc.

From ordering to fitting and satellite reception at present excellent

The installation of the Starlink system was smooth and all the logistical challenges were efficiently and quickly resolved. Darran the engineer couldn't have been more helpful- excellent service.

Great proactive communications from start to finish with the installation. Neat fitting job done. There was a faulty Starlink cable supplied, but on receipt of the new one, Statworks came back and fitted it and tested all working correctly. Excellent service.

Second time using Kyle of IT Fast (Berkshire WiFi) to do a Starlink installation. This time for our new build of 7 apartments that needed a basement WiFi system for EV chargers and gym rooms. Great service and communication from Kyle 10/10

Great communication, arrived 5 minutes early. Very clean and tidy job

Previously, I have been an EE customer for yearssss. (Satworks installation of Starlink-mid terrace house rural area, with very wide eaves.)

The fitter came up with a VERY neat workaround, quickly.

Prior to the visit, the fitter, called me to go over the installation which I found reassuring. So, rather than simply turning up on the day and there being problems etc, I kind of knew what to expect and was relatively prepared.

I would have no qualms recommending this company/fitter again. For sure

We live in S Devon, edge of rural village facing south. Lovely views; terrible mobile coverage hence this installation.

Footnote:
At time of installation, because of a lack of infrastructure, EE was offering approx 27mbs + for the same price of Starlink.

I wanted to record a massive thank you to Satworks for their recent instalment of my Starlink system in my static caravan. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Needed some planning on how best to install the dish and cabling. Stayed after installation was completed to show me how to use the Starlink app to align the dish to get best signal strength. I can’t thank the satworks installation team enough for making what I was expecting to be complicated and stressful, simple and yes, totally stress free.

Clean, tidy installation of my starlink at roof apex height with good communication and flexibility around scheduling.

The chap from Satworks had a tricky job, but he managed to get it done in difficult circumstances. Great work.

They arrived bang on time and were exceptionally helpful and polite, made sure that system was fully working and left very tidy.
Would fully recommend them.

Great communication in advance of our installation, showed up on time, listened to all of our questions and requests, installed quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend!
