I bought a WL Beast MIAO from this…
I bought a WL Beast MIAO from this company in November. It arrived in December and worked for about 3 weeks before the right click stopped working and the scroll wheel started glitching, latter to that it would freeze up my machine and cause issues etc. I contacted the support after doing a ton of troubleshooting myself (which I documented and sent them in an email) after a week of no reply, I email them again and they reply with a generic response, clearly nobody read my email because it was asking things I'd already covered... it also asked for a video so I could show them what was happening. I replied with a video and more details... another week goes by and I ask them if I can get a replacement... they ignore me for another week and finally say I need to fix it myself. I then bring up the warranty and that it should be covered under this for replacement... they finally agree to replace it - I wait 2 weeks for a shipping label to send it back. I send it back and let them know and they tell me because of Chinese New Year, it isn't going to be sent out to me till Feb 25th.
They finally send it out and I receive the replacement yesterday (12/03/2026) and upon plugging it in I notice it wouldn't pair to my device. I tried to install the latest firmware but doing that disconnected my mouse and crashed my PC twice. Unable to install the latest firmware I try to use the mouse wirelessly to see if this helps, it doesn't work unplugged. I plug it back in and it blows my PC and kills my corsair keyboard (I had to throw it out, it's completely dead!) I decide I don't want to plug their defective mouse back into my machine so I instantly email them and tell them. I ask for a refund at this point because I am done with all this and they refuse... I tell them they can't refuse I want to send it back and get a refund as I've paid nearly £140 dollars for something that doesn't work - they then ghost me all day, no response.
I raise a dispute with PayPal and it gets closed and rejected because I 'left it too long to request a refund' WHICH WAS NOT MY FAULT THIS COMPANY TAKES A WEEK TO REPLY TO ANYTHING AND THEN DIDN'T SEND ME MY MOUSE BACK BEACUSE OF A 3 WEEK NEW YEAR CELEBRATION! So No refund at all... money down the drain, no mouse...
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, IF YOU'RE READING THIS PLEASE DON'T GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY. IT'S NOT LEGIT.
