Excellent service, got plenty of emails and texts as reminders for the appointment, friendly engineer rang me as he could come earlier which was even better for me, arrived and took the phone to his van, took about an hour to fix the screen on my Z flip 7, knocked on the door and phone was as good as new, he even put in a new battery. Would definitely use this service again.

Horrible experience. We purchased a Samsung dryer 6 months ago. A few weeks ago, the power started going out on it… flickering. If I shook the cord in the back, sometimes it would come back on. I finally contacted Samsung about the warranty. I chose a repair date from their calendar and received an email it would be 4 days later than the chosen date. The day before repair date I received a text that they delayed it until the following date saying tgey needed more parts, and then sent sn email saying I had rescheduled it. When the repair man finally came, he totally ignored me snd would only speak with my husband (who doesn't do the laundry). He showed us the voltage 251 then said the plug installed with the machine was the wrong one. He never offered to let us purchase a new plug from him, was only here a few minutes and did NOTHING. He was annoyed we had called and uninterested in repairing. I doubt Samsung warranty repairs anything. Useless.

Ho acquistato nel 2020 un televisore Samsung top di gamma, convinto di investire su qualità costruttiva, affidabilità e durata nel tempo. A distanza di soli 6 anni, la TV ha smesso improvvisamente di funzionare.

Contattata l'assistenza ufficiale per trovare una soluzione, la risposta ricevuta è stata a dir poco sconcertante: liquidato con un banale "è ormai un modello datato". Considerare "datato" un televisore premium pagato fior di quattrini dopo soli sei anni è inaccettabile e dimostra una totale mancanza di rispetto verso il consumatore.

Avevo la casa piena di dispositivi Samsung e sono sempre stato un cliente fedele ed entusiasta del marchio. Questo episodio e l'inadeguatezza del supporto post-vendita hanno chiuso definitivamente il capitolo: da oggi mai più prodotti Samsung. Se cercate affidabilità e rispetto per il cliente, guardate altrove.

Arrived on time, carried out required battery change, returned phone in excellent, clean condition.

First time I used this company, the engineer arrived on time,very pleasant, hopefully my phone should last another few years.

Sent back Fold 6 phone for repair. Was given repair cost $220. Phone has sat with them for 2 weeks. Online it says repair complete, when I called they said the repair would be more but can't get to to repair team to confirm as it's weekend. So no information just my phone sitting there for weeks. Now I need to call again next week. Wow no communication at all. Could have gotten fixed locally. Just horrific service I guess if I did not follow up twice my phone would stay there forever.

Followup to previous log im now being told that my 11kg samsung washing machine is only able to take 4kg by them. Am I going made then sure it should be sold as a 4kg and now being told 2kg on bedding cycle but they sell this product on the fact you can wash a duvet on bedding wash cycle now any size duvet if not a throw weighs more than 2kg dry .

Manual says if you use the AI wash max load but for most of the others its max is 5kg.

First they claimed my sons tablet had water damage which he never got wet so I told them to just send my tablet back to have someone repair it locally. Its been two weeks and they are giving me the runaround about why they haven't shipped it back ever again. Im not a fan of iPhone but after this I'm thinking about switching.

Very happy with the service provided by Likewize. The technician arrived as scheduled and replaced the battery in my Samsung Galaxy S24+. He was professional and took great care with the repair. The phone was returned in good condition and everything appears to be working well.

I have had my Apple iPad repaired and my Samsung S25+ repaired, and the Apple experience was vastly superior. At Apple, they either send you a replacement with online service, or they give you an appointment which they keep on time and get the job done. With Samsung, the only warranty repair service they had in this largest city in Alabama (Huntsville) was one understaffed shop that keeps you waiting. They didn't have the part needed (the usb port) so then ordered it, but I didn't hear from them for a week. They really were over-worked, apparently from broken Samsung phones? Two weeks later now and six visits to the repair shop, and I am still waiting for the repair. While Apple products tend to cost more, for sheer sanity when things break, I know where I will be putting my money.

Friendly Engineer. He replaced my battery in about 30 mins. I will not hesitate to use this service again.

Super service, technician arrived on time, explained what would happen and after less than 45 minutes my phone was good as new. Really friendly chap, id certainly use this service again.

Excellent service. Easy to arrange. You book and pay for the repair online for a date that is convenient for you. Likewise send you a text and email the night before your repair to let you know your 1 hour time slot. The engineer rings you when they are on their way to you.

Very impressed. My Samsung S21 has a brand new battery and a new lease of life. Thank you.

Excellent repair service and very efficient. The engineer arrived in good time for the appointment and the repair took less than a hour which included a full diagnostics check.
Very impressed and would use again should the need arise.

My Samsung fold 7 inner screen cuts out when the phone is opened passed 90 degrees. Speak to Samsung assistant who was not helpful at all. Finally got an answer that my phone will be collected the next day between 8am and 6pm by DPD. Surprise !!! phone wasn't collected, unhappy wife staying in all day for no reason. Spoke to another really unhelpful squeaky voiced assistant who told me i should contact DPD and find out why and when it will be collected, tried to explain I'm the customer and its your job to sort it not mine. Get an email from the repair centre saying I cant have an update on my repair as it hasn't been picked up yet, NO $hit. Back on phone to another squeaky assistant who now informs me that it will be collected tomorrow, so 3 days later than expected. Not the kind of service you expect form a massive global company. Please get UK people to operate the UK call centre.

Absolute disgusting service, sent my phone for repair, after they lost it for 2 weeks, finally found it, then saying its out of warranty when clearly not after sending proof, then said they would need £30 to inspect the phone, and won't repair it. Do yourselves a favour don't buy a Samsung item the customer service is appalling

Scammers. "ENGINEER" Decided to show up much earlier than time slot given, so He naturally made it seemed like it was my fault. Idiot. The he refused to to the repair due to requiring me to get my screen fixed along with it. More money for him I guess. Never was made aware of this "policy" when I signed up for the repaiir but surprise surprise when it actually came down to it.
Avoid them and go elsewhere.
