Gave in 2 controllers which have stick drift. Got both controllers back , not only were both controllers not repaired BUT they made the controllers worse. I gave them adequate opportunities to repair my controllers even after the damage they caused however they didn’t want to respond to emails and only offered a refund of %50 on my payment. I’m not the one to leave bad reviews on a company but this is definitely something that needs to be reported to trading standards.

They seem like nice people but I sped a fortune on mods on ps5 controller and the face buttons are dreadful, triggers are nice and guilkit but the buttons for face aren't tactile at all and rocket-league doesn't respond well with the buttons. My controller sounds dreadful like not screwed properly inside all I hear is shaking sound and it's heavy. Contacted them several times by email after the delivery and yet to here a response like im being avoided which is a shame.

Absolutely amazing company honestly when my son first mentioned he wanted his remote repaired by them I was dubious so began looking into them and the reviews seemed fine and the company legit but honestly I wasn’t expecting the amazing service they provided! From the moment the repair was ordered i was sent instructions and a post office QR code I wrapped and sent it off with everything crossed, I was notified it was on the way to them, when they received it, and not only did i get updates throughout I also got a video of what they did and the fixed controller working! As it was the easter weekend approaching we needed to visit some family which was last minute I asked if they would post out later for us coming home but totally understood if they couldn’t after all they’re a business not a storage unit, not a problem it was sent out for our return and it’s a perfect job and my son is over the moon with it, no stick drift very responsive. I would recommend 100%! Now I know this review probably sounds like I work for them but honestly I don’t I just feel that service this good needs a shout out we are fast to complain but fantastic service needs mentioned too. I ordered gulikit edge modules, and they arrived all safe and sound from OG, easy to use...I definitely want to try out their controllers next!

Got my custom controller this weekend, was super hyped to get it!!! The clicky triggers, back buttons and matt black finish are 10/10

Also loved the vids i got, it was cool to see all the mods, i'd definitely recommend it was worth the wait!!!

There is no way to contact the company about issues.

I order a product with a 3 day build time and 1 day delivery. It has now been 9 days and product is not yet out for delivery.

Emailing leads to no response.
Phone calls leads to bots.
Tracks says waiting for details.

I have spend £200 on a product and have no way to ask for details or make a complaint

Sent in my switch lite for a charging port change. Website says hope for a 48 hour turnaround with mail in and if they don't have the part could be a 2 week wait which I was happy with but 4 weeks later after I emailed them asking what's happening then I get a response 2 days later with pictures and the video of it being fixed. Then I get an email on the 19th to say its on its way back but royal hadn't received it so I waited until the 23rd to email asking why it hasn't been sent yet, then royal mail sent me an email on the 24th saying they have received it. I finally get it back everything looks great until I try to turn it on and the power button is so stiff now and I can't turn down the volume cause volume up and down buttons just turns the volume up so I have no way of using it unless its on full volume now. The analogs came back covered it black dirt. Also you can't phone up cause its a automated service that tells you to use the website.

I had a Brocken console that was able to be fixed the same day. Had a very good experience and am very happy with the results. Would definitely recommend to others.

Quick, easy and excellent service. It’s nice to see a company that takes pride in the work they do. From sending my controller of to getting it back was 8 days. Fantastic service with pictures and video showing what they had done.

Had to request a quote three times before getting one, which was then incorrect and included postage which I did not ask for and couldn't edit so had to do it again. Both on site and in person was told the repair would take 2-3 hours. After waiting 3 hours received a call to say they had just started the repair. This would have been fine if they had communicated this but had spent those three hours waiting nearby expecting work to have already begun as stated. Waited another hour but had to leave for work, called to explain this and asked if I could pick up one of the three items for now and return for the other two the following day. ‘We’ll check and call you back in 5-7 minutes.’ Half an hour later call finally returned to say we could pick up one item in another twenty minutes but I had already left for work as I previously told them. No apology or acknowledgment that I had wasted almost five hours waiting. If they had been clear it would take so long I would have been more than happy to just pick them up the following day without sitting in a cafe twiddling my thumbs for hours in the meantime.

One of the controllers worked for a couple weeks but is already broken again with the same issue. My laptop is almost 20 years old, my pc over 10 - I take good care of my electronics so I am really disappointed to have had to deal with such poor communication for not even a good repair.

I’m glad so many people seem to have had such excellent service with this company and I have no idea why my experience was such an outlier in comparison but I will not be using them again.

My son ps5 wouldn’t switch on and this gentlemen fixed it within a few hours and it’s now working better than ever. Excellent service couldn’t as for more.

A frustrating experience all round. The stick drift on my PS5 Controller was fixed with a TMR Upgrade but the pad was sent back to me twice with a dead battery that wouldn’t charge; on both occasions, they insisted there was nothing wrong in their tests before they eventually replaced the battery. The controller also doesn’t charge via the Charging Dock anymore and any mics plugged in via the headphone jack don’t work. They want to charge me to repair these issues even though I’m still under warranty as they’re not deemed related to the joysticks. However, these issues only arose while the controller was in their care and something has clearly gone wrong on their end in the repair process.

the whole process from booking the appointment to dropping off and collecting was Semele. Nice touch with the pictures of the console and what needed to be completed. Whole thing done in a couple of hours. Perfect. If I need anymore work done I’ll be straight back.

Well I think thats probably one of the biggest waste of money I've ever spent.
Dropped my ps5 slim off for a repair on my ethernet port, originally I was gonna spend £100, £70 for the LAN port and an extra £30 for a deep clean.

Turns out the deep clean by itself is £65 and because they couldn't fix the LAN port, the whole reason I called in for a repair. I ended up paying that £65 for a clean service I didn't really need, I just didn't mind paying an extra £30 for a clean. The customer service was good I guess but now I'm probably gonna have to take it to a different repair shop and overspend

This was my first time ever sending controllers away for repair, so I was naturally a bit nervous. I sent in three PS5 controllers and OG Repairs was brilliant. They kept me updated with photos and videos of the entire process, which really built my trust in them. The quality of the work is excellent and the pricing is very fair. I can confidently say I trust this company!
