Very helpful company. I sent them a picture of my case with the lost studs. They responded very quickly with a long very clear and helpful e-mail offering superb advice and recommending the correct studs. They really did make an effort to help. I placed an order, the goods arrived next day and were perfect! What a fab family run company! Chware teg!

I’ve returned a purse that I bought for…
I’ve returned a purse that I bought for my mum as it didn’t hold the card properly and couldn’t close. I sent emails for pictures included. This was nearly 2 weeks ago. Now none of my emails have been responded to. I have a been able to receive my refund. Upon trying to call the number it ring once and disconnect totally an utterly disgusted as my mum‘s bought purse for them for over 20 years.

Thank you for getting in touch. I am a little confused as we do not sell ladies purses online and the shop has not been open since Christmas. Neither do we have any returns to process and we are up-to-date with all emails. I have asked my staff and none of them recall anything like this. Are you able to give me more details, an order number, name or email address perhaps?

My First Barbour Jacket
