I was really happy with my sabers that I bought all 8 of them. However when I bought my outfit and it didn't fit. I was extremely disappointed with the company no allowing me to return it for a refund as the package had been opened. How else am I supposed to try it on to see if it fits.

This company is the absolute nicest! The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful, passionate, and personable. I absolutely love visiting them and purchasing from them! They make the process so much easier and so much fun, honestly!

Great design full of quality and delivery was rapid and fast.

Instructions completely non-existent. Quality of some items are quite poor compared to expectations. Other items are quite good.

Bought my boyfriend a cosplay costume very last minute on their website since he already had one of their light sabers that he was really happy with. I called them for advice on sizes and for a pick up option at their office and they arranged for me to pick it up on the same day since we had a Halloween party the next day ! Got to meet and talk with Matt , super friendly ! The costume turned out perfect on my boyfriend, he got many compliments !

Great quality saber! The instructions weren’t fully accurate but after playing around in the app it wasn’t hard to figure out. It also took longer for the order to be processed than the FAQ stated it would, but the customer service replied promptly. The company was local to me so I wasn’t expecting the saber to ship from China, but in the end it’s still great quality.

The items ordered were exactly as described.They were well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

Amazing experience, met them at the Ottawa Comiccon a few weeks ago.
Everyone was extremely helpful and passionate about the craft. Ended up buying a saber!

Fast forward a week, had some trouble with the shipping, emailed support and within 24 hours had a replacement sent out with expedited shipping (free!).

Great product and really good costumer service. They made a mistake and gave us the wrong blade. They send the new blade really fast by mail.

Je souhaite partager mon expérience chez SABERX : J'ai fait l'acquisition d'un costume de Jedi Taille XL. Lorsque je l'ai reçu, il était trop petit. J’ai communiqué avec le service client de l'entreprise. Après plusieurs échanges, on m'a offert de changer mon costume pour une taille XXL. Il est important de noter que mon costume en échange n'avait jamais été utilisé auparavant, il était à l’état neuf. M. Williams, d’un grand professionnalisme et d'une courtoisie exemplaire, me maintenait toujours au courant quant à l'arrivée de mon costume en échange. La semaine dernière, nous sommes allés pour mon (Jedi XXL). J'ai eu l'occasion de l'essayer sur place (bonne idée). Il convient de souligner que c'est un peu petit pour une taille XXL. La ceinture en cuir n'a pas été ajustée pour être plus grande que celle de XL (trop petite). Les autres accessoires des ceintures ont une taille petite. Cependant, j'ai enfilé mon costume. ! Ouf, j'ai été soutenu par LA FORCE ! Pour obtenir des tailles adaptées aux grandes tailles occidentales, je vous suggère de vérifier avec vos fournisseurs de costumes. Néanmoins, il est important de souligner que le service après-vente est exceptionnel. Soucieux de garder le bonheur de La Galaxie. Leur travail est de qualité. Je tiens à remercier à nouveau M. Williams et son équipe pour leur précieux service.

Great customer service experience; and my son loves ‘The Mentor’ saber!!

Saberx has always been super quick responding to my questions and my demands. Their lightsabers are extremely good quality, the lights are bright and the sound is really amazing. I 100% recommend their company, you won’t be disappointed!

Saber X had quick shipping and their light saber hilt has an amazing amount of detail to it. The soundboard is great and the speakers are flawless. I could not have been happier with a product. I’ll be saving up to buy another saber from them soon!!!

I had the pleasure of meeting the awesome team while attending Fan Expo in Toronto. These guys have amazing sabers and certainly passed the vibe check. I actually felt like I was holding Obi Wan's true lightsaber. Definitely a fine addition to my collection!

Had a great time meeting the SaberX team during FanExpo Canada 2024! Their entire lineup of sabers is impressive and beautifully constructed, and they clearly care about helping people find the one (or ones) that belong in their hands!

Great to meet the team at FAN EXPO Canada. I pondered too long on a particular character saber, and when I made it back to the booth later in the day it was sold out. Your team immediately solved the problem as I was walked through an online order, and now just awaiting delivery. Compared to everything else on offer, your sabers are by far the best, and the customer service is fantastic.
Update: My new saber shipped in a week. It is some beautiful kit!
