It was very very good, from the beginning to picking up my actual passport. Everyone was very kind, helpful, and ready to assistant in what you needed. I got the slowest passport rush, I should have gotten it in about two weeks but I got it less then a week so faster then expected. I would recommend!!!

The process was made easy and communication of status was provided throughout the whole process. They got me my passport in the same day. I was able to make my flight with no issues. Thank you!

I recently had a death in the family and on the day of my travel I realized my Passport was expired. Devastated I google and came across Rush Passport. They gave me my chance to see my dad off. They were professional and patient as I had a hard time with my phone. I will reccommend them to anyone. Thank you to all who helped get me home to say my final goodbye.

Rush Passport is a phenomenal service. The process could not have been any easier.

thank you!

Everyone was lovely and helpful. I got it back in less than half the time quoted. Couldn’t be happier and more excited for my trip to Bali! Would recommend them to anyone who needs to rush their passport!

Rush Passport was an amazing experience. The 24 hour hotline was extremely helpful considering that I'm busy during the day. I was able to connect with the representative after work and school, she immediately sent me a clear email outlining the process and I saved a lot of time and money by completing most of the forms at home.

When I went to the location, the office was easy to find in Herald Square, I did not have to wait at all and the process was seamless. The representative that helped me was knowledgeable, polite and nice. I chose to get the 8-10 business day option and I was able to pick up my passport in two days!

I was expecting this process to be similar to renewing a drivers license at the DMV - painful. It was the exact opposite. I could not be more impressed and happy with my experience and I hold this operation in high regard.

Waited to the last minute to replace an expired passport. Was scheduled to leave for trip to Rome in 4 days and had to figure out a way to avoid my wife from killing me. These guys are the bomb. Courteous and efficient. Got it done within a day and I am writing this while sitting in an airbnb in Rome. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Outstanding service and fast turn around time. Explained the process thoroughly.
