Rush Passport NYC is definitely the BEST! From the moment I called I was received with a caring and very informative agent named Lakaya. I was in hysterics and Lakaya not only comforted me but she reassured me that they will do everything they can to make our trip happen. Wow...and they surely DID! It was a holiday weekend and still the turn around, the efficiency of the process truly WOW'D us and we were flying to our destination much sooner than anticipated when we realized the over look. Thank you to Same and the entire office for m making our family trip happen so we can enjoy family, make memories and truly feel like the lucky ones!

The process was made smooth and simple because of the amazing people at Rushpassport. I highly recommend if you are in a situation where you need your passport quick.

I have been using Rush Passport NYC for over 30 years!
They make it easy & fast! Worth it!

I was referred to RushPassport by a co-worker whose opinion I value, so I called and spoke with Wonda, who was incredibly helpful. I told her I didn't need it immediately, as my trip isn't planned for a few more months, but I didn't want to trust sending personal information in the US mail. She walked me through what I needed to and once completed, I expected to get my passport in four weeks. I was shocked when three days later, I received an email letting me know my passport was ready for pickup. Talk about RUSH! I was blown away it could be done that quickly. Everything was PERFECT!

Please help me get my passport

Rush Passport to the rescue. We realised very close to our Travel date that our passports are about to expire, mine and my sons. We needed to quickly do our passports and lo and behold we googled a passport agency that can rush our passports. Rush Passport came out on the search. Thank you Rush Passport for being professional, efficient and most importantly, timely. Working with us on a very time sensitive situation that could have been so stressful, was actually a pleasure. Thank you for your patience and your hospitality. We really appreciate it. You really are 5 out of five.

They got the job done in a professional manner.. thank you!

Wonda was wonderful. The office is very professional and you feel secure in knowing that your papers and personal details are safe and they certainly came through for us in time.

The services provided by Rush Passport were professional, speedy & personalized. Sam and Ally assisted me with getting my passport renewed a week before its expiration date & I was worried I wouldn't make my upcoming trip to Montreal in a matter of weeks. Thé moment I walked into their offices in midtown I knew I didn't have to worry. I also felt good about expediting it because they stand by their word on being professionals in the services provided! I was not disappointed! My passport and new passport ID card for land and sea only were ready within 2 weeks. All in all I give this business a 10/10. Why? Because you won't be disappointed in how fast you'll get your documents and you won't have a headache doing the administrative paper work. I recommend this business 100% for your passport needs!

Wonda and team are magicians. We had an emergency passport situation to manage and they turned it around in 24 hours, all with a smile. They were responsive and available every time we needed help. Cannot recommend them enough.
