They are very professional, reliable and offer excellent service. Very satisfied with my experience.

Dear Roman,
Thanks to your company and the excellent service provided by your delightful employees. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ready smile made the experience even better than I expected. I would love to recommend Rushpassport.com to anyone who needs to renew their passport in the future.

There truly is no one like this team. After visiting 5 locations to get a money order for my passport, I was ready to give up... but RushPassport showed up just in time to save the day. I quickly emerged with a renewed passport. Thank you so much!

Rush Passport was a life saver (or better put, vacation saver!) Roman and Daisy went above and beyond the call of duty to deliver my daughter’s passport, bringing new meaning to “white” glove service. We cannot thank them enough!

Rush Passport was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the 1st phone call they clearly explained the process and helped us every step of the way. We even got our passport much earlier than we expected. Thank you for everything!

When I realized I had an expired passport I thought that I would have to cancel my vacation which was one month away since everyone around me was having trouble getting passports expedited in a timely manner. A friend gave me Roman’s name and number from Rush Passport to contact. Of course I was hesitant and couldn’t believe that he would get the job done and asked a million questions. Roman assured me that u would have the passport before my trip. He put me in touch with Daisy who helped me every step of the way. I got her what I needed and literally one week later my passport arrived. Couldn’t be happier that I chose Rush Passport and would recommend both Roman and Daisy to anyone struggling to get a passport fast enough!! Thanks again!!!

In the current environment they are useless. They do forward your application but have nothing to do with delivery. In my case, the US Postal Service lost my passport and this company was of zero assistance in obtaining a replacement, despite my having purchased their "insurance" against this occurrence. They also are almost impossible to contact, so do not waste your money. CORRECTION: the experience described herein was with Rush My Passport, not Rush Passport; my apologies to this business

Because my passport have a error my name is Wando Bozor we put Wando Bazor I can't do nothing with it like this please how we can help to fixe

Overall excellent and professional service! Would definitely recommend this place to others!

If u need your passport and you got the money , just do it 💪🏼

I called on a Saturday and was told what I needed. They sent me everything by email and I filled out all the forms. I went to their office on Monday morning and was taken care of by a lovely person and was even told how to pose for my pictures ( which came out great) I was out of there in 20 minutes. I was promised my passport by Friday but got it on Thursday. No hassles and worth the money

My wife and I brought our young daughters to Rush Passport and the entire process was smooth and easy, and also friendly ! Everyone who works there was very helpful . Roman , who it turned out is the owner , came out of his office as did another executive , to help my daughters get happily settled for their pictures ! everything was explained thoroughly and clearly AND passports were in my hands ahead of schedule. The expense I feel was well well worth it.

I was greeted very friendly and the process was fast. Everything was explained to me so there wasn’t any confusion and when we went over the screen corrections were very easy. The best part I was able to pick up my passport sooner than I I thought all in all my experience was great.

Thank You RushPassport for doing exactly what you said you would do to get our daughter her passport renewed in 24 hr.

We received a call from our daughter on Wednesday evening in a panic that she was leaving for Iceland on Sunday and her passport only had 2 month and 29 days left on it. We traveled with it on January 8th and it was fine. When she checked the requirement of the country it said 6 month minimum 3 month requirement left on your passport.
We immediately went into panic mode and started searching on line what we could do. We called and spoke to Michelle who explained the whole process, emailed the forms and answered all our questions through out the evening.
The next day we went into NYC and went through the exact process we were told the night before. Everyone we were in contact with could not have been more professional and kind.
We were told to come back at 5pm the next day for the passport which we did and it was there at 5:03.
I would recommend this company in a heart beat. I hope to never have to use them again, but if the situation arose again I would not think twice.
Well worth the cost when in need.

Daisy was wonderful to work with. The service was perfect!
I received my new passport and card promptly.

Best,
Steven
