Rushbrook & Rathbone Ltd Arvostelua

Have been very impressed with everything so far with this agency. Everything feels like its all in safe hands (Louise is our Property Manager) and all queries are dealt with quickly.

I would really recommend this agency and especially our Property Manager - Shay Teasdale. Very supportive and responsive to any issues we had. Much better then our experiences with another letting agency!

I would highly recommend this agency group. In particular I am very happy with my property manager Kay Chapman which has been very prompt in dealing with the occasional issues arising with the property. Made me feel at ease at all times.

We were moving house at the same time as our son moving out of the family home, and the timing of it all was as critical as it was stressful.. Shay took it all in her stride, and absolutely went "the extra mile" to sort our son's move in super quick time... Thank you Shay!!

I would highly recommend R&R Ltd. Super efficient service by my property manager Shay who worked well into the evening answering my emails. Feeling very happy and confident in a great relationship with Shay moving forward into my tenancy.

I called today and spoke with Shay. I had a serious problem and needed help with some paperwork.
Shay listened, empathised and went and found me a solution within a few hours. I am grateful as I needed this urgently. Shay was friendly, professional and super efficient! You are a credit to R&R :)

Shay was extremely helpful. Any questions I had they got answered within the hour, made me feel comfortable to ask for help if I wasn’t sure on anything.
Would recommend!

Thanks Jordan

Shay has only been dealing with our property during the pandemic and we are very pleased with her professionalism and efficiency with which she has been sorting out issues during this time.

Our Property Manager, Shay Teasdale always helped us and assist whenever we needed it.
Easy to communicate and very friendly.
We are really grateful and recommend her efficient service.

Shay has been absolutely fantastic over the last few weeks managing our property let. She’s responsive, informative and generally on top of everything for us which at this time when we are so busy is invaluable. Thanks to Shah and the whole R&R team!

Excellent professional service.
My contact was direct with Vicki Farrimond who dealt with a new tenancy. She was both professional, friendly and very responsive keeping me updated at all times.
Thank you Vicki.

Prompt and friendly service. Have been liaising with Shay Teasdale regarding my property and bombarding her with numerous questions. Shay has been so helpful and always responds in a timely manner. I know I can rely on her to provide the information required. Very happy with the service provided.

Excellent service. Highly recommended. Nice and efficient staff.

I have let my property through this company for over 9 years, and I must say that their service and attention to detail has been first class.
I would highly recommend them.
Special thanks to Shay (my Property Manager), who has helped me greatly on many issues.
Thank you.

My experience of dealing with R&R has been from a tenant perspective. Whilst my property manager has changed quite a bit during the tenancy I have a more constant one currently. In general R&R have been fine to deal with. My current property manager (Shay Teasdale) I have found to be very professional and responsive and follows up quickly with , actions, responses and communications. I have found her to be most helpful when I needed to contact R&R which makes my life easier!

Would not recommend in how they deal with people. Company has a lot of problems as our property manager changes every few months.

If your thinking of renting a property I can highly recommend Rushbrook & Rathbone. I have a great property manager (Shay Teasdale) always on the ball, keeps me up to date with any issues, have dealt with Shay on many occasions always very professional and Polite. Would highly recommend Rushbrook & Rathbone for any further business.

Great company, very professional and on the ball.

I am completely satisfied with the service provided by my property manager Louise Shead. She has always given a quick and helpful response. Especially during this unprecedented times she has managed to communicate messages efficiently between me and the tenants.
