Rushbrook & Rathbone Ltd Arvostelua

They are always very friedly and keep you up to date if they are running late

I’ve been with R&R for 2 years and so far, it’s been a positive experience, especially when compared with the street estate agents previously.

James & Willow helped us through each step of the way in finding new tenants for our rental property. It was clear what was expected from us, and when it was required, and they found great tenants to move into our property. I would definitely recommend their services.

Vicki and Sian have been incredible. I had a few high priority urgent tasks that needed attention and they moved fast to get me swift results.
Amazing work both, thank you

our connections with the company has been 1st class and on the management side, Cally, has always kept us informed of progress the work she had asked us to estimate for and any necessary action needed.
Someone i hope our property maintenance services will contact again in the future

The follow up to the concerns is really good and trying to work out the issues as quickly as possible

I have worked with Rushbrook and Rathbone for nearly 18 months now. The passion they have to look after their clients is amazing. They are always looking to do what is best for them. The Lettings Hub have enjoyed this partnership for a long time and looking forward to it continuing.

Rushbrook &Rathbone have looked me since 1998. I could not ask for more. They are very professional, efficient and could not be more friendly.

I want to thank you for the exceptional service during our recent move. Your efficiency and support made everything smooth from start to finish. We appreciate your clear communication and quick responses, making the transition hassle-free. We especially appreciate Emma Sheehan for quick responses to inquiries, resolving any issues promptly, Thanks for everything!

I had never heard of this company when our agent handled over our tenancy agreement to R&R to handle. Ours was a complicated one as the apartment was jointly owned, we had two tenants to deal with, the agents had changed and our ownership held through oversea pension funds with pension administrators involved.
I must add our point of contact Emma Sheehan got to grips with it very quickly and more importantly understood what she had on her hands.
Her suggestions and handling of our tenants was at all times fair and measured.
I have no hesitation in giving R&R a 5 out of 5

As a customer of Rushbrook & Rathbone for multiple years now I'm quite happy to say my property manager Dina has done nothing but make things easy, simple and smooth for both parties with her non bias and Great intermediary skills. I would definitely recommend R&R to anyone looking for a professional property management service.

I dealt with Emma and found her fast, efficient and
very helpful.

Emma was really helpful helping us move home

Very organised, efficient and responsive.

A bit scary having a remote company handling all the paperwork, payments etc but found them very approachable and efficient.
