I purchased the Ruko F11pro 2 drone at Amazon and had some issues on getting the live feed screen after connecting everything. But since I really liked the product, I decided to take it to the manufacturer, Ruko, instead of returning it back to Amazon. Ruko Support team handled my issue very diligently and sent me the replacement parts. I still had a compatibility issue on connecting the cable that came with the product with my iPhone 17 Pro as my phone was not recognizing that cable somehow. When I checked that with my own cable, it worked. So I ordered a 1.5 feet Ainope short cable, which was pretty cheap, from Amazon and everything worked after that. Later on, Ruko folks also send me the smaller cable that was compatible with iPhone 17 Pro Max, So, it is a double thumbs up to Ruko Support Team, and special thanks to Joyce there!

Ruko is a nice drone. I've had problems with other drones but the U11MINI works great. They are tough and can handle crashes pretty well. I'd keep an extra set of blades cause you never know when .
