In addition, they have top notch customer service and leadership that puts customers first. They are best in class. As a result I have accumulated 17 pair of Rujo Boots in the last 3 months. Done

Friendly staff, super fast shipping, and an amazing product with upper echelon quality. I have a dozen pairs of Rujo Boots, and an equal number of Rujo tee shirts and have zero complaints! Most styles run true to size, a few of the caiman styles I would recommend going up half a size.

Five stars because it's the max I can give. I've worn Western boots for decades, from El Paso handmades to exotic skins, and Rujo impressed me from the first wear. Handmade in León with a Goodyear welt, lemonwood pegs, and calfskin lining, these are boots built to be resoled and worn for years. The hides on my models arrived flawless every time, the stitching was clean, and the fit in 13D was true with no break-in at all. Comfortable all day out of the box, elegant enough for dinner, while the same boot is a winner for office meetings in and out, and priced with respect for the customer. Rujo has earned a permanent place in my rotation. Highly recommended for all the reasons mentioned but above all, because, and this not clichè, they treat you like family and you feel part of if from the beginning. When you meet Jim and Barbra, ever remote as I did, you will understand in depth what I'm talking about.

Purchased my first pair of Rujo boots (the turquoise Abby) back in July after being a loyal customer of another boot brand for several years. I have to say I’m really impressed with the fit and quality, especially for the price point. Customer service was great as well. I would recommend and purchase again in the future!

I own 8 pair of rujo boots and by far quality and comfort and style 10 out of a 10 out of most boot industries that’s out here U-Haul customer service is by far 10 out of 10. I will recommend this company to any western cowboy wearer I come across.

Came across this brand on the internet while searching for boots. I ordered a pair and let’s just say I’m in love because I keep buying their boots. The are very comfortable. I wear them to work daily & have no complaints. So far these boots are my favorites and my go to boots!

On my second order from them, unfortunately my size went out of stock and I immediately recived an email from Oscar to rectify the situation. Since then I've received boots that didn't agree with my foot and ones I simply didn't like in person and NEVER had an issue with returning or exchanging. Their customer service manager Ms Barbra is top notch and in all my years of shopping, I've never experienced CS the way she consistently delivers.

I don't know Rujo before Jim Loden took over, but if the Rujo I do know remains who they've shown me to be, they have a life long customer in me.

RUJO has great customer service and fantastic returns for sizing! I have now purchased 9 pair and fit great! I am partial to the goat Tates and ostrich Gavins. Give them a try! You can't go wrong!

Best "Bang for the Buck" in the cowboy boot market. Their boots are priced well below what you would expect for the quality and comfort you get. I have 10 pairs, and they are all AMAZING!

I’m a self-proclaimed city boy, but have worn boots from different brands over the years. At this time I own four pairs of Rujos and will likely keep buying more as they’re some of the comfiest I’ve had. Last year on Black Friday, I ordered a pair on sale that turned out to be out of stock. A great rep reached out and explained this honestly. They then allowed me to choose another pair and covered the cost increase, which was so kind of them. My oldest pair is still in excellent shape as well. Raving review here. :)

I have multiple pairs of Rujo boots and they are great quality and a great value as well. Their service is outstanding too. I had a pair that was slightly too small and was able to exchange them for the correct size at their Dallas showroom. No questions, no hassle... just great service. I have a couple of pairs of these boots and can not wait to buy another pair. I own Tacovas, Ariat and Lucchese snd these are my favorite by fave. Not only are they great value for money but they have wonderful customer service too. I’m sold.

I'm not new to boots, but I'm relatively new to direct to consumer companies like Rujo. I was a little skeptical at first but my experience with Rujo and their customer service has been nothing but exceptional. Yes, there is a small $12 customer protection package offered, most DTC companies offer this, but this allowed me to return\exchange my boots at no additional cost to get the correct fit as all boot companies have a different fit profile. Rujo has become one of my favorite brands because the quality,comfort and value of the boots is well above par with big box brands. Since value means nothing if quality is lacking, I appreciate this company doesn't offer prints and the exotic boots I've received have been outstanding. There has only been one pair I wasn't happy with and my email was answered within hours, not days, with instructions and a QR code for return. Thank you for the excellent customer service! Keep up the great work

We ordered 2 pairs of Rujo Boots on a Thursday evening and the boots arrived Wednesday morning. Beautiful and fit perfect out of the box. For the price point, service, and quality of the boots would definitely recommend. Will purchase again.
