Awesome company to do business with, they really take care of the customer. I have three pairs of Rujo boots and have found them to be great quality and comfortable to wear even after back surgery. I get more random people stopping me and saying they like my boots when ever I wear them than anything else I own.

I own several different brands of western boots ranging from Stetson, Tecovas, Lucchese, Ariat, Shyanne, etc, and I have to say my Rujo boots are by far my favorites!! They are the most comfortable boots I own and great value and quality! They have great customer service as well. I own 4 pairs of Rujos and I am eyeing 2 more pairs right now! I even got my husband hooked on them! :)

Amazing boots. All of them are super comfortable, super stylish, and well made and beautiful for the price. They fit true to size, their customer service and relationship with their customers is top notch. They also have a great return policy and their boots are often on sale but even at full price, you get lemonwood pegs, full grain leather, Goodyear welts, steel shanks, a stacked leather heels and leather soles. All an amazing set of features for a great price. Couldn’t be happier! I own six pairs in various skins and every one fits well and looks great!

I own two pairs of Rujo boots - the Lionheart and the Trace. I will end up with more since they are awesome, especially for exotics. Customer service is super helpful and easy to work with as well, which really helps with the sizing issues that are inherent to buying boots online.

Seriously, the absolute best customer service, communication and selection of western boots you could ever hope for. I own 20 pairs and my wife owns 3 and we couldn’t be happier with Rujoboots.com! Highly recommend them if you’re looking for top-shelf quality, selection, customer service at extremely fair pricing compared to others in the cowboy boot arena.

My favorite everyday boots are by Rujo. Jim and his wife are the best! I think I own nine pair now by them and I believe in feel that this boot brand is the best in fit and quality over Tecovas and our Anderson Bean. I love all pf my caymans, goats and crocadilea from these guys. I have only had one pair out of nine not fit the same as the rest and Barbara swapped them for another pair and they are perfect!! They only have one showroom so I suggest that you make an appointment and go do your boot fitting with these guys. They’re selection is only growing in the current ones right now are the best in class. I have a couple pair that I love over my Luccesse. Quility, customer service and their ease of ordering online just can’t be beat.

Absolutely great boots. Unless its the previous team, I don't see how anyone could complain about the customer service. Best I have ever dealt with. I own Lucchese, Anderson Bean, Hyer, J.R.C. & Sons, Dan Post, Tony Lama. After I bought my first pair of Rujo, I haven't bought anything else. I am now 8 pairs deep and will keep adding.

I bought a pair of boots from here (the Roscoe in Grey) I was so excited when they came, tried them on and they were too loose. I reached out to their CS team and they had the next size down at my doorstep the next day. I was able to try both boots on and keep the size that felt better to me. I have since bought multiple boots and other stuff from them and always can count on them for good customer service.

I ordered my first pair or Rujo,the Trace, three years ago for my 80th birthday. Comfort right out of the box. Three pair of Rujo late, last pair in April 2026, there have been some changes. I can tell you firsthand that, under Jim Loden’s leadership, the customer support team—led by the famous Barbara—goes out of its way to make you a lifelong Rujo customer. After more than a dozen purchases, I’ve needed help a few times, whether with an exchange or an item missing from an order. Sure, it’s frustrating when something goes wrong, but the way the people behind the scenes handled it showed me their integrity and how much they care about taking care of my wife and me. Shipping is fast, and communication is great.

If you’d like a custom fitting, you can schedule a visit to their Dallas location to make sure you get the right fit. If you order online, as we do most of the time, and the size isn’t right, exchanges have been quick and shipping has been free in my experience.

A couple of things to know: Rujo runs promotions often, so if the pair you want isn’t on sale, it may be worth waiting. Sale items can be exchanged but not returned, so make sure you’re comfortable with that policy. Also, the $12.95 package protection option is preselected at checkout, so you have to decline it yourself. I’d prefer that it weren’t preselected, especially since it only applies to full-price items and I usually buy during sales.

We love Rujo for the quality and value. They offer a great selection of exotic skins, made either in León, Mexico, or here in Texas, depending on the skin. If you’d rather spend twice as much on another brand, that’s your choice. I’d rather get a quality boot at a great price and enjoy more variety for my hard-earned money.

I own 9 pairs of Rujo purchased over the past several years. From suede, to goat, to ostrich and caiman (even one pair of alligator). They are comfortable out of the box (which for a 13EE is not always the case). They consistently fit mu feet better than any other brand. They frequently have excellent sales that helps fuel the boot purchasing need. 🤣 They do have some stipulations on returns for sale priced items (store credit or exchanges), but this is in line with other companies (esp smaller companies) policies. I routinely recommend them and have received multiple compliments on their boots. Highly recommend people give them a try.
