NZ SuperRugby go-slow
NZ SuperRugby - If you like rugby so much you would prefer the 80 minutes was stretched out even more than the referee’s whistle then Rugbypass will suit you. Personally, I don’t enjoy staring at a frozen screen for periods longer than 20 minutes. I also don’t like being taken for a fool because I believed Technical Support would get the problem sorted. I was asked to give it a few days. I gave it a few days and tried again. In one half of a game the transmission froze for two periods of about five minutes each. I emailed Technical Support again and did not get a reply. I asked also to terminate my subscription and refund also no response.

BEWARE, this company is very dodgy. Ts and Cs are not clear about which services are available in some countries location (eg U.K.). Given the popularity of rugby in U.K. they should be very clear about this.
They accept subscription payments form anyone/anywhere and when they can’t deliver a service they don’t refund.

Rugby Pass - Super Rugby Aotearoa Coverage
I was very happy when I heard that Sky were not going to have the rights to Super Rugby Aotearoa. I do not watch other sports and Skys rugby coverage is abysmal, so paying their high fees was a no go, even with a Now TV £15 a month for 6-months promotion deal, as Now TV also then charge you to watch it in HD...
I heard RugbyPass had managed to get the rights and I had heard good things about their coverage and quality of their streams. Their charge was £35 for the season of Aotearoa, and since I realy enjoy watching NZ Rugby, i thought that was a good price.
The streams themselves have not disapointed at all. The quaility is 1080p and it seems to be a straight stream of NZ Sky broadcast, with the same commintators. I cannot always get up at 6am to watch it, so the fact they also have full match 1080p replays available within 2 hours is brilliant for me. So far I have had no issues, and if this is how they work as a company regrading their streaming service, I hope they get more rights in the future as pricing and quality is on point.
I have yet to have to deal with their customer service team so cannot comment on them at this point in time.
