Kept freezing up and poor picture quality - gave up in the end

I watched it on a virtual 10ft x 6ft screen inside my meta quest headset and was very happy. I experienced no issues whatsoever other than having to listen to yet another female pundit commenting on the men's game

Joined the "Free " membership and got up early to watch the England game. Tried to get into the game only to be told I had no pass registered. It would appear that it is not a free service. I am unable to see a cost price anywhere so it´s a con in my estimation. No means of contact on the web site that I can see. I presume that means we are unable to watch the matches in New Zealand as well then. Pile of poo from the RFU as usual.

tried to watch england vs japan rugby match. why o why did these guys get the rights to this match. I wonder how many people actually could watch it from England.

Unable to access England Japan game in the Channel Islands. Rediculous

Sat down to watch Japan v England and half an hour into the match was still getting 'coming soon' messages.
Just give the job to Sky/Stan who know both the game and the technology.

The absolute worst rugby streaming website. Totally unorganized, who wants to see highlights of a sevens game. The game is only 14 minutes long as it is. The layout sucks. HBSC has screwed itself linking to this website.

no more use by me after I paid my 1 year subscription to last until Nov 2022 .Further after looking at reviews i didnt want the site auto renewing my year so cancelled early August .They stop your subscription access at cancellation time NOT end of subscription time but pleased Im out

No streaming, paid for nothing. Horrible site. No, no, no.
I want to cancel NOW.

They are holding card details when THE XV was only subscribed to for one year with automatic renewal unselected. They are then taking money 12 months later automatically without any permission from the card owner. Removing card details online does not appear to be possible. I have emailed them asking for immediate return of funds and for all my details to be removed.

I'd give them zero stars if possible. They own Rugby Onslaught, a completely trashy and biased site that is nothing short of pathetic and unacceptable. Your anti Springbok agenda is disgusting.

They do provide good coverage, assuming you are in one of their supported areas.

You need to email them to cancel subscriptions, ridiculous.

I paid by paypal so I could cancel the automatic payments on there, but then found out they stored my bank account details anyway and just renewed it to that, they did say if I wanted they could delete these if I was "uncomfortable" with it. DO NOT USE.

They happily took my money and then shut me. Do not trust them

This used to be a good service but now they advertised they will have all blacks games but when we try to watch they do not. Can no longer recommend

Streams are interrupted and have dropped, some games have not been available this year due to technical issues. Stream quality is not great. Over priced, and customer help are not helpful. Extremely disappointed with this service.
