This whole concept is rubbish. As they say you get what you pay for, it's free but absolutely rubbish. How the RFU signed up to this is beyond belief.

Can't log in they can't cope, pathetic.

Rubbish. They say it’s free. lol watching a screen say too many requests as it logs you out and doesn’t allow you in. This app and web site is cheap tat. Avoid.

Utter rubbish. Allowed me to sign I once only and then just got”too many requests”. I suspect a useless streaming service. So sad that TV rights for England matches are being sold to such a poor service.

Rugbypass is really really crap.
Avoid at all costs.

Started OK today at 15.15 and then the screen went blank after 10 minutes. The reason given was ‘too many requests’. This app is a complete waste of space. Rubbish

Can't connect. Cannot register. Cannot do anything. Keeps saying too many requests. Terrible experience. Does not work!

Total waste of my time.
Ready to log in to watch England XV v France XV, opened up my laptop but encountered the error "too many requests", I thought it strange as it was the first time I had tried to access the site.
I tried a few times to make sure it wasn't a fluke.
Then decided to Google what that meant and it suggests that I may have tried too many times to log in?? Bit odd.
So I then tried instead to use my mobile (of which I have the RugbypassTV app downloaded.)
Still encountered the same error "too many requests".
As the game is now coming up to half time I have given up.
I am now presuming that they can't handle to amount of people trying to stream the game which then defeats the point.
Really poor and I wont be trusting this service to watch any other upcoming games which is a real shame.

Absolutely useless trying to login to watch England v France but repeatedly only get a message saying too many requests⁉️ obviously the site cannot manage multiple requests to login. This is the last time I will bother with this site.

Terrible log in process. Send a code that you type in but then the continue button doesn't activate. That is when you aren't thrown out. Been trying 30m now. Giving up.

Simply does not work........complete farce of a site.

Unfortunately not able to give a zero or minus score. Dreadful experience trying to watch Eng vs France and getting a constant 'too many requests" on both PC and phone app. Gave up and just have to hope the RFU never give rights to this lot again

Tried watching England v France on iPad.
After five minutes screen went black.
Tried to sign in again. Message Too Many Requests.
Tried on my Samsung android phone.
Same message.
Clearly this app cannot cope with demand

Appalling - the app does not work. it is constantly "too many requests" - not able to work with scale. Just rubbish, reflects on the incompetence of the whole organisation

I’d leave 0 stars if it was an option. The inability of World Rugby to operate a functional stream for a minor international is a powerful demonstration of why rugby union is in the mire that it is. Hopeless.

I am unable to watch the France vs England game today as rugby pass tv has crashed with the large demand for viewers! Outrageous, don't broadcast something you do not have the infrastructure to deliver on

Shocking service. Watched 10 minutes of the England France game and screen goes blank. Reload app to sign in and it says too many requests. If you are going to try and corner a market, make sure you can provide a service. Utter rubbish.

Doesn’t even deserve one star. Tried to login in 30mins before England France on 21st June 2025 and already too many requests - why limit the number who can watch - cheap arses. And then when you comment on Insta - they switch off thread - 1000s must have same issue. Sack who ever is in charge!!!!

Trying to watch England France rugby. Tried multiple times on different devices to login… just get wheel of death or error messages.
Shouldn’t be in charge of any live streaming if website and service is so unreliable. Piss poor. Now I’m sitting here trying again to log in using different methods. Just a never ending wheel of doom on my iPad. iPhone…. Urghh

Just rubbish. So difficult to connect generally, and today it doesn’t work all… “too many requests”. Why does it need to be this difficult, even when reasonably tech-savvy? Any other viewing platform would be better.
